Completed in 7 hours , by Cody H and Tracy D. very friendly team and knowledgeable, they took away all the waste, very focus on what they doing. They covered the floor from the main entrance to the bathroom with a tarp. highly recommend that team... My husband and I are so happy. It 's looks beautiful. We are very impressed. Just to be aware, you can't use the tub and shower for 24 hours because the silicone has to dry...

Did everything they said they were going to do. No surprises, no we aren't able to fit this in, etc. I couldn't be more pleased with the overall experience from the design to the install. It's worth every penny!! We had a 1980 bathroom. The professional craftsmen removed a wall that held the tub plumbing. Then the tub/shower was removed. The plumbing was rerouted to an inside wall. A completely sealed custom walk-in shower was installed. The surface is easy to clean. I love it!!

Westshore sold us and installed our beautiful outside door. Our old door was letting cold air in. The window was single paned glass and air was getting around the seal. Our new door is fantastic. The installers Craig, Rob and Freddie did an excellent and thorough job.

Our Salesman Dalton was very experienced. We wanted a new Entry Door and storm door installed. He was very nice and not pushy. He explained what kind of doors we were getting and had a variety of pictures to show us. Eric and Jimmy were the installers. They did a great job installing the Entry Door and Storm door. They did a wonderful job of cleaning up after the installation. They were really nice and really great workers. I am very impressed with the overall experience.

Bathtub Installation and Replacement
Josh Q Jason S and Darian W removed my steel bathtub and installed a new bathtub on my second floor. Additionally Josh replaced the drain and that was difficult as there were light fixtures for my kitchen located very close to the drain. Also they had to remove a bulkhead and cut the ceramic tile on the walls and ensure that the tub surround met the ceramic tile. They did an outstanding job!!! They completed this during a snow storm that lasted all day and they cleaned up and when they left, my place was spotless. I highly recommend West Shore and want to thank Josh, Jason and Darian for their professionalism and the exceptional job installing the bathtub and plumbing!!!

We had West Shore remove our cast iron tub and install a walk in shower as we plan to age in place. Jim was the representative who came to the house and explained all about their products and their services. He spent an hour and a half with us making sure all our questions were answered and was kind and thorough. Dan M. and Mike R. came 11 days before Christmas and had the remodel done within 8 hours! They were courteous and efficient and worked non-stop! We love our new shower and would love for Dan and Mike to get an extra day off (maybe Christmas eve???). Thank you all. Planning tol recommend West Shore to our friends.

Our bathroom remodel included removing our bathtub and installing a shower. Our installers, Jimmy S. and Cody M., arrived at 8 a.m. and worked without even stopping for lunch until the project was completed at 6 p.m. They were very courteous, professional, and skilled at their job. Our shower is beautiful! We are very pleased with their work, with Keith, our salesperson, and with West Shore Home.

The workmen were professional craftsmen and did an amazing job!! They removed a tub with surround walls, moved the plumbing to a different wall and installed a luxurious walk-in shower. I love it!!
