The guys did a fantastic job! Jordan S. was awesome! They came a couple days early which was great! Very happy with the finished product. I will definitely be using this company again in the future.

Dan F. and Mike R. from West Shore Homes went out of their way to set up my walk in shower to fit my individual needs as someone with a disability. They were industrious, completing the done in one day and left my bathroom spotless.

The installer Dylan H. was very good in making sure the job was done correct and to my liking, he also made sure the work area was clean as when he arrived before he left

West Shore did a wonderful job. Josh Quick did a great job on replacing our shower. It looks beautiful and we LOVE IT.

Efficient and clean

John H and Jake K did a very fine job tearing out the existing bathtub and replacing it with a walk-in shower. It was completed in one day (a long day). Looks great.

The unused bathtub was replaced by a walk-in shower. The only reason I have given four and a half stars is that the project was done just yesterday, and I have not yet had a chance to use the shower. John and Preston arrived at 8:30 am per my request - I am retired and hate to get up too soon! They were finished by 6:30 pm. The shower is very finished looking - organic to the small bathroom. It does not look like a patch job, as some cheaper contractors' work does. I forget the name of our salesman - sorry! - but he was very professional, friendly, unrushed, and not pushy. We really liked him and would love to have an opportunity to fish with him - we share that addiction. The two workmen, John and Preston, were professional, friendly, courteous and accommodating. I am mobility impaired and can only use the bathroom on the first floor where the men were working. They so kindly made the commode available to me when I needed it, No grumbling, Just good humor. The project was a little more expensive than we had hoped, but you get what you pay for, and so far this looks like quality work. After usage for several weeks I hope to be able to change my ratings to 5 stars! I have no hesitation in recommending West Shore. This project did generate a lot of dust. The workmen covered as much as possible but it is inevitable that there was dust. Not a problem. I would not hesitate to use West Shore again for home improvement projects.

Dylan H arrived promptly at 8 am for my shower installation. He was professional and courteous. He completed our beautiful shower installation by around 3 pm or so. I’m happy WSH was able to install my custom bathroom shower 18 days after ordering it. 8 days before my original scheduled installation date!

Dustin H. did a superb job. He arrived at 8:00am and was finished at 3:00pm. He removed the bathtub and installed a walk in shower. He laid coverings over the stairs and his other traffic areas. The work generated a lot of dust and he did a wonderful job cleaning the dust and removing the coverings once he was finished. It is absolutely beautiful! In addition, the installation has a lifetime warranty! Also, Mike, the salesman that I dealt with, called me about an hour after Dustin left to ask if I was happy with the shower. West Shore is in a class above all others! I have zero hesitation recommending West Shore. They are great!

The installers; Joey G., Terrance, and Bruce were very professional and knowledgeable about their job. They were well mannered and pleasant to be around for the length of time that it took to complete the job. This is a very professional company to work with. AND, the shower looks GREAT!!

Every employee we encountered from sale representative to the installers were excellent. Jordan S. and his helper were outstanding. Very meticulous and knowledgeable. When completed the area was clean. Jordan took the time to explain everything and asked if we had questions. Very please with their professionalism.

Friendly employees that are very knowledgeable about completing their job task and the products being replaced. The young men completed the jobs ( replacing two doors ) in our home efficiently and cleaned up all areas where jobs took place. My wife and I were very pleased with their craftsmanship and expertise. These young men are definitely a strong showing of what a professional company looks like and how they represent them in the work force. Thank again.

From the start with the company Representative (Mike) sitting with us and going over the styles, colors, options, and pricing to the ease of the installation. The two installers Jordon M and Nate J were awesome. It was a morning of a huge snow storm and they made sure the floors were protected, they installed it perfectly and cleaned up after. The new shower and tub look amazing.

Jordan and his team were fabulous! They did an excellent job and left the worksite cleaner than they found it. Iâ m very pleased with my new windows and would highly recommend this team from West Shore Home.

Glenn came in and did our first bath with excellence and we had him again for our second bathroom and we are beyond happy.

The walk-in shower looks great! Tyler S. And Mark S were very courteous and professional. Great teamwork and efficiency! The only thing I am not completely on board with, is the overall price. I do believe it is on the expensive side, but we went with it for medical reasons. Not sure if we are going to put that much money out on another one. We will see what our finances are at that time. Other than that, so far so good!

Josh D. was a wonderful salesman and very helpful getting everything in order for the start of the project. Trevor M. and Nate J. spent the day working non-stop and finished the project in one day. They were very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. They did a beautiful job!

Last month (December 2020) we had West Shore replace two bathroom on our second floor shower/tub areas in one day! They were 20 years old and were still functional but needing updating. They sent two excellent crews one for the master bath & one for the guest bathroom. In the master Mario & Dave removed a small shower stall, capped the piping and added sheetrock which will become a closet. They also removed an oval tub and replaced it with a 3' x 5' walk-in shower with sliding doors. The shower area also has a 4' x 4' glass block window to complicate the remodel. That was a lot of work for two guys in one day! In the guest they (sorry I can't remember there names) removed a tub/shower combo and replaced with a new surround and a very comfortable tub/shower. Both crews did a fantastic job working 9:30 straight to get it done. Removing all debris from our home and leaving it spotless. They were on time, neat, respectful, well mannered and answered every question we had in detail. All were very nice guys and very personable. We can't say enough good things about the quality of workmanship, materials, finished look and staff! We would highly recommend West Shore to remodel your bathroom project! Subsequently, everyone who has seen the finished project have had glowing comments about the look and finish details! One friend is a plumber and he remarked that it would have take he and his assistant a week to do what West Shore did in a day!

Everyone was respectful of my home. Completed project as promised. Repaired issues that occurred during demo.

Aaron Dudley and Cody Hemingway were amazing, great explaining what to expect from them and followed thur. The bathroom was all cleaned. Love the new shower. Would definitely hire them again
