Evan and Tyler were great! They arrived on time, were very conscientious in the work. They checked with me all during the installation and cleaned up everything before leaving. Evan paid great attention to the detailing and Tyler was very thorough in going over the paperwork with me. I am planning on replacing my tub and would very much like to have them handle that project.

Pricey but fast, clean and work is of excellent quality.

Our new front door and storm door look awesome! Ralph and Judah were very prompt, very experienced in what they do, friendly and did an excellent and proficient job.

I had a new front door installed. They showed up at 8:30am (Aaron B and Shaniya W) and had the old door out by 10am. They put down drop cloths and kept cleaning up the mess as they went along. Aaron was very knowledgeable and did a great job installing the new door. When the installation was done Aaron reviewed the install and explained how the door was installed. West Shore Home cost a little more than other contractors but, I am happy to pay more for excellent quality of work and support. The one thing I would change is that my sales rep didn't contact me since the initial visit to give me the pricing. It was about 6 weeks from when the contract was signed to when the door was installed and I didn't hear from the sales rep during that time.

I love my new windows! This was an old 1950's house with the original windows that were quite moldy and single paned. Jordan Smith and his crew Mike H. and Jimmy P came in and very quickly changed out 8 windows. It really was very fast! They look great and should help with heating bills. The crew even swept all the rooms and cleaned the glass. Very happy!

Installer Jordan Smith and his helper installed a front storm and entry door at my home. They were both meticulous and professional. They left my home spotless inside and out when they were finished. I couldnâ t be happier from start to finish. Salesman Steve was professional, patient and friendly. The doors were installed well within the timeframe promised. I am very pleased with the quality of the doors. I will definitely use this company again for future projects.

Westshore promotes a one day install (that's what we had for each of our showers last year), but because of manufacturer delays, we had 14 windows and 2 doors installed in 3 days. Although that wasn't ideal, we had the pleasure of working with a great group of guys who did an amazing job! The installers Ralph & Steve arrived on time. The entire project was completed In about 6 hours. They showed me all the features of the French doors. They answered all my questions. Everything was cleaned up at the end of the day.

Cody and Tracy showed up on time, went over the project with me and went to work. They completed the job and cleaned up in a timely manner. Shower looks great.

Excellent experience. Rick and Jason did an exceptional job. They installed the new shower in 6 hours. They cleaned up thoroughly and didn't even leave as much as sawdust in the driveway! They placed tarps where ever they walked. I have already recommended West Shore to 3 friends.

A positive, professional experience from the very first phone call to the clean up at the end of the installation. Joe B. and Tim S. arrived on time, put down drop cloths from the front door to the bathroom, and quickly started to remove the existing bathtub. Less than 8 hours later we had a beautiful walk-in shower, complete with shelves, new fixtures, etc. Joe and Tim were outstanding - knowledgeable, personable and professional. A rare 5-star experience in a world too often filled with businesses trying to cut corners and make a quick buck. Not West Shore Home. Give them a call if you have a bathroom project that you want done right the first time. You wonâ t be disappointed.

Jordan Smith, Dave and Jordan W were very professional, very prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable. The men worked efficiently with one another. They knew their tasks and performed them very well. Everything was cleaned up beautifully and the old stuff hauled away. There was no nonsense, or complaining. It was a very pleasant experience from the starting time to finish. I look forward to being able to get the rest of the windows finished when possible and it will definitely be West Shore that does the work!
