Eric S. and Davon C. did our walk-in shower installation and demo out of our old fiberglass tub. The work they performed was top quality and everything was cleaned up very well when they were finished. They arrived on time, 8:00AM, and worked pretty steady the whole time. They left our house around 3:15. Eric and Davon were very friendly and asked for our input on shelf and grab bar placements. It was certainly a pleasure meeting these two.

My installers were great. They came in to the house first and made peace with my dogs, and performed their work neatly and professionally. They arrived at 09:00 and were wrapping things up by 16:30

we first met with CORY the consultant who spent a lot of time with us, helping us design our remodel, we were very impressed with him and decided on West Shore the same day! we had a bath tub/shower conversion to a walk-in shower. the bathroom was very outdated with very old tub/tile shower and a lot of work. the work RICK & JASON did was amazing, they were very polite and respectful of our home. The 1 day conversion was exactly what we needed. We also had some follow-up work which we were also pleased with. Would definitely recommend this company and their staff!

Dave M. and Shaniah B. were efficient during the door install. They were quiet and respectful as I had online meetings from home. Best of all, they did not leave a mess. They did a great job with the sliding glass door.

We had a bath tub conversion to a walk-in shower. the job was done beautifully. The crew we had was Dennis, Jake, Shawn and Dylan. they were very courteous and knew what they needed to do. Any one would be lucky to get this crew on there job.

I had them replace my bathtub with a shower. The work was excellent and the people were great. Thanks to Sean C. and Isaac B. for the shower conversion.

The employees Ralph & Steve were very respectful and courteous they made sure we were satisfied with their work. They cleaned up all trash and cleaned the floor & window. Before they left they double check to make sure we were satisfied with all they did. I have no complaints and will hire them again. Very good to work with and helpful. They explained everything before they started also explained what they had done.. I would recommend this company and it's employees

Justin and Darian were two of the best professional and personable installers that my wife and I have ever dealt with in quite a few projects we have had done in the years we lived here. I can not say enough good things about Westshore Home. Shanyla and Jordan did an amazing job installing the new doors to our home today! Shanyla was so professional and kept things so nice and tidy. Her and Jordan were such a pleasure to have in my home. They cleaned up everything before they left and answered all of our questions. I will definitely be using Westshore Home again and I will be recommending them to anyone that I know is looking for new doors or windows!

Fred P and Isaac B were the West Shore Home installers for our bathroom shower. They were well-prepared, well-equipped and exceptionally courteous. Followed covid PPE protocols, protecting the household members, and equally adept at protective measures before and after for keeping the house clean. A one-day project, they were quick and efficient, demolishing and removing the old jacuzzi tub and platform, and meticulous in reworking water and electrical systems for the shower install. Excellent attention to detail. They were also ready, willing and capable in explaining processes and techniques - preparing me for next week's removal of the old shower unit. Great product at a nice price.

Ralph and Jordan did an excellent job of installing my windows. They were very professional and courteous the whole they were there working. When they were finished they cleaned the area up. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone

Trevor M and Issac did a fabulons job. They work hard all day except for lunch. they were very clean . and the informed us on thing that were done and done right.We are very pleased with all the did to make our bathroom beautiful. Thanks Guys and West shore.

Trevor,M , Joe B, Mike c and Issac B were my installers of my bathroom tub and a bathroom shower they were very professional and courteous. They stayed until the job was finished they also did a very good job cleaning up after they were done. They all worked as a team to get the job done and that is nice to see.

Project: Installation of walk-in shower / West Shore Homes The sales rep, Cory, was very professional and informative in explaining their product and services, and lifetime warranty. This included various options and samples, and answering any questions we had. We even received a call from representative, Rita, for scheduling, and also was able to move up our installation to an earlier time. Both Cory and Rita explained what to expect on the day of the install. Mike R and Dan F arrived on the day of install, and explained what the plans were for the day. Prior to the start of the job, the traffic areas were covered along with the toilet and sink. Both were very courteous and professional also, and answering any questions we asked and explaining the procedure of their work. Upon completion and clean up, everything was left if perfect order. We are very satisfied with the people we dealt with, the company, and the final product. We highly recommend West Shore Homes

From the first visit with Andrew Creamer to the installation team (Ralph, Eric, Judah, Billy and Dave), West Shore Homes' service was fantastic. WSH ensured us that this would be a one day install and they delivered. The doors and entry window look great, they followed all of the safety protocols and the work areas are cleaner than when they arrived. Big thanks to WSH for helping us upgrade our exterior!
