I am so pleased with our new door and storm door. From the initial consultation with sales rep AJ to the installers Mike H. & Freddy E. and everyone was so professional and overall excellent experience.

We had an excellent experience with West Shore Homes from start to finish! The sales rep Ayden Hanes came and went over everything that it would take replace our tub enclosure with a new shower. Gave us several options for special pricing to lower cost and helped with financing. Showed us samples. Great Job! Our installer, Dylan H, came right on time to start, went over everything before he started to make sure we were getting what we ordered, and went right to work. He was very professional, pleasant and very hardworking and did a fantastic job, finishing in one day as he said he would. Cleaned up and oh my gosh, our shower is beautiful!!!! Changed our bathroom completely and we were just so pleased with his work! We highly recommend West Shore Homes and will use their services again when another project comes up. Thank you so much!

Mike R. & Cody M. from West Shore Home removed our old shower today & replaced it with a beautiful new shower unit. The were efficient & professional during the time they were here. They explained what they were going to do then proceeded to complete the project in a timely fashion. Once they were done they cleaned up & itâ s as if they were not even here except now we have this fabulous new shower. Ralph and Shaniya were amazing workers!! Ralph installed my door, and took all my worries into consideration, with quality. He was very professional, courteous and kind. I would 100% have him do another install at my home!!

The installers, Jimmy S. and Sean C., did an excellent job. They removed an old tub and installed a beautiful almond color walk-in shower with seat and hardware in one day Their workmanship was meticulous. They left my bathroom spic and span. 5 stars!!!

The installers, Dennis R. and Mike C., did a very professional job in my tub to walk-in shower conversion. They paid attention to detail, which I like very much. I told them at the end of the job that I noticed the attention to detail that they both performed and that I appreciated that. They answered all my questions and kept me apprised during the day of their progress. They cleaned up at the end of the day and everything looked great! Amazing job to get that done in one day!

Took out the tub/shower and installed a beautiful walk in shower in one day. Very professional. Did an excellent job.

The installers, Judah W. and Fredie R., made sure the job was done right. The windows are of good quality. They even left the kids' rooms cleaner than what they were when they arrived.

Steve and Eric did a expert job installing the windows. Steve explained how they work and the safety lock. He also saw us struggling to get the blind up so he stepped in and helped us. What a great thing to do for a customer. We are so pleased with the windows and highly recommend West Shore.

What a great experience we had with the installation! Dan F. and Mike R. were so careful and expert in all they did. They cleaned everything every step of the way and carefully explained how it works. It is beautiful and I can hardly wait to use it. I've not been able to take a bath for many years and I've always loved baths -- not a shower fan! The electrician even discovered that our dryer had been wired improperly and fixed it. I can't recommend the company enough!

Fantastic! Everyone I worked with was courteous, professional and kept us informed throughout the whole install process. They did an excellent job and made sure we were satisfied with the end result. Joe and Tim were great to work with and even our German Shepherds liked having them visit...even though our youngest barked at them a lot. 5 Stars fir this crew and installation experience!

Rick and Jason did our tub to shower remodel/installation and was very pleased with their workmanship. They used tarps from the entryway to the bathroom, removed our old fiberglass tub and cleaned up thoroughly. The completed project was top quality and we were very pleased with the results! They were very professional, arrived on time and completed the project the same day. We would highly recommend West Shore Home for tub to shower remodel.
