I had a new bath tub and walk-in shower installed and I can't say enough good things about the installers. They arrived on time, worked all day, and were meticulous about their work. Everything was awesome. Will definitely recommend them based on my own experience. Thank you Justin, Ron and Robert!

Dylan H. and Mike C. were fast, efficient and courteous! They arrived on time and immediately began the project. I was amazed the amount of work these two completed in the short span of time it took them! They are excellent workers and are a definite asset to the company!

I had a great experience with West Shore Home. Tony, the salesman, was very good. Darian W. and Jacob K. were here all day as installers and did a great job. They arrived on time and were very professional and friendly and answered my questions and were hard workers. Darian explained things very well. Jason S. was here in the afternoon and did a great job helping them. Danny, a supervisor, was here periodically throughout the day and did a great job of making sure everything was done correctly and instructing and teaching his crew. Jacob did a very good job of cleaning up when they were done and I appreciated it. Overall, I am very happy with my walk-in shower. It makes the whole bathroom look much better. The job was completed in one day just as they said it would be. I would recommend West Shore Home to a friend.

West Shore recently replaced six windows in our home. The installers, Eric, Brett and Nia were terrific. They arrived on time, were very courteous and extremely neat. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is considering getting new windows.

The sales experience was agonizing (took three hours despite the fact that we were prepared to sign the contract within minutes of his arrival. The sales script is too much!) But the installation was quickly and efficiently scheduled, and the actual job was quick, seamless, and tidy. We would hire West Shore again in a heartbeatâ if we could avoid the sales pitch. ð . We met with Bob Fanell who was amazing. We felt no pressure and he explained everything,with honestly. We chose a walk in shower. A couple weeks later the two workmen came here and they were outstanding and did a fantastic job, worked all day till it was done. This week we had our fiberglass shower removed & a new shower put in. I absolutely love it. It is beautiful. Andrew F was the one that put it in and he was great. Very nice and very professional. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for a fantastic upgrade. Also the design consultants Cody & Cole were very helpful getting this project going.

Andrew was very professional and did an excellent job putting in our new walk-in shower. As we were told would happen, the work area was left clean and tidy when the job was finished. We would definitely use them again.

Can't say enough good things bout West Shore Home. They have remodeled my bath and put in a patio door. Both jobs were excellent. Great workmanship! I had my windows installed one week ago...they are beautiful and such high quality! Ralph, Brett, Eric, Mark, Judah, and Luke are a professional and efficient team...it was so obvious that they were a true TEAM! It seemed like they actually enjoyed the job and working together. They were respectful of my messy house, and even nice to my dogs. My floors and carpets were cleaner than when they arrived after they vacuumed and mopped! Ralph gave me instructions on how to operate every window, which were squeaky clean! The price was excellent. I cannot recommend West Shore and the installation team high enough! Fantastic job!!!

Eric the professional window installer from West Shore was very professional in all aspects of his work today when installing our new kitchen windows. He explained everything and demonstrated how to open the window as well as insert and remove the screens for the windows. The casing on the inside and outside are awesome. He also cleaned up very well and left the area better than he found it when he arrived. We are very happy with Eric and West Shore's product and installation.
