Our Sales Rep (Brad Stoller) was great. He was very patient explaining and had super knowledge about the product and what we were interested in accomplishing. The two installers (Justin and Robert) did a super job; were very professional, friendly, thorough, neat and knew what they were doing and how the job needed to be done! We couldn't be happier with the quality and the finished job. We will certainly recommend West Shore to anyone contemplating a bathroom update.

When Joseph Birkheimer came in he was very professional, on time, went right to work. Could not believe he could do everything without help. Was very polite and answered any questions we would have. My bathroom was cleaner when he left. He even vacuumed the corners!!! We love the service we received, and if we need anything in the future, we will be calling West Shore Homes!!

Ralph and Brett were wonderful, extremely polite, punctual, professional and very knowledgeable. They did a great job in a very reasonable amount of time. I am very pleased.

The process started with a very creative salesman (Al O) who suggested some good ideas to deal with the front of our shower since it wasn't recessed like the typical designs. Jason S, John H and Ryland S worked very hard and for over 12 hours on the day of the installation (this one should have been scheduled for 1+ days). It looked great but there was a defect in the shower door, so Josh returned when the replacement door came in to complete the job. There was also some minor damage to our closet door and West Shore took care of it. I didn't catch the guy's name, but he did a wonderful job with the repair. Everyone who visited was very professional and took pride in their work.

West Shore Home was professional from start to finish! They arrived on time, removed the old tub and shower unit and installed a new beautiful shower unit in under 8 hours. I was astonished at how great the finished product looked. I would definitely recommend this company for replacement work. The installer was very professional and positive. He knew exactly what to do and finished the job quickly. I am very happy with the installation and look forward to much use in the future.

I was very pleased with the service from start to end. Justin D and Robert H did an excellent job. I don't know how they could have been any better! They were knowledgeable and kept me informed at each step along the way. They did an excellent job of precisely installing our bathtub and surround. I felt like they were happy to work for the company which increased my confidence even more. I was very happy with the quality of materials and the overall experience.

From our design consultant Bob Fanell who was informative and well spoken and honest. Eric S and Nate J did a great job installing and were very respectful and make this job a breeze. They took the time to answer all of our questions and West Shore Pittsburgh is highly recommended by us. On a scale of 1-10 they would be a 20.

Our situation was unique, as my parents were in the hospital in Boston, house was empty but they meet me (their son) though I lived an hour away. We needed an old tub removed and new walk in shower installed due to an injury to my mother. West Shore was quick to respond and walk us through how they would proceed. Though there are currently supply chain issues, they stayed in touch and updated me on when they were able to start. The initial projection was 8 - 12 weeks with unknowns, but they were ready to install in 4 weeks. Greg was the sales man who can to the home. He was very knowledgable and not pushy with any sales. Dylan H. was the installer. He arrived on time, we walked through access to the bath, what his plan was and communicated with me through the process. The finished product looks great!

Jordan M. and Jacob S. installed a new shower. Greatly expanded the size. Work was excellent, minimal disruption and left area clean. Highly recommend.

I am please with the whole process, from Brett, the consultant who explained everything and answered all my questions. The installers Justin D. and Rob H. were very professional, kept me informed on the progress of the project and also answered all my questions. Those two had to be tired from the hard work and all the steps they had to go up and down! The shower looks and works great.

Jason S. and Ryland S. did a great job. They removed the old one piece tub and shower and installed a new shower in 6 hours. Cleaned up everything. Very polite and respectful. 5 stars to them.

We had West Shore replace a bathroom that was only two years old because another bathroom company failed to install it correctly. West Shore came in with a product that not only looked better, but stood behind their product and quickly repaired a defect in the shower door when they noticed it during the install. The installers, Trevor & Jacob, were very professional and updated us during the install. This is the second project we used West Shore on at our home. I would recommend them.

Our whole experience with Westshore was a positive one. Our initial appointment with Keith was informative, and we did not feel pressure to choose premium add on items or to make our decision that day. We did make our decision that day and choose to go with Westshore for a tub to shower conversion based on quality and reputation. Jason S. and Jacob K. were on time, respectful, professional and worked diligently to complete our bathroom project on time, (actually a bit earlier than expected) and they cleaned up, took trash with them and finished by explaining how to care for the product. We are completely satisfied and would definitely recommend them!!

Cody M and Tim did an excellent job. Very professional. Showed up early and worked straight through until they were finished. They took out an old bathtub and shower and replaced it with new. Very please with their work.

Jason S and Mike C did a very professional job. Arrived in good time and finished late afternoon. The shower/tub combo is exactly what was promised and looks great. At our request, they were glad to show us the plumbing update before it got covered over.
