All needed materials were brought to the work site and the crew worked efficiently, accurately and with great care for our property. They completed the work in one day and we are extremely happy with the remodeling project.

An incredibly talented and kind team from WestShore Home installed eleven windows in our home yesterday. Judah W., Jimmy P., Brett S., and Trever C. made our window install so smooth and successful! It was a big job, and they arrived early, right at the start of the arrival window I had been given. They introduced themselves, explained their process, and listened to my questions and concerns. They even took extra care around our small dog. As the day progressed, a few more people joined the team to expedite the installation, and every single person was patient with my questions, quick to reply, careful to protect our floors, walls, and furnishings, and genuinely friendly and helpful. They are knowledgeable, professional, approachable, and skilled at their crafts. But even more than all of these great attributes, what I appreciated most was the camaraderie and teamwork among them all. They treated each other with respect and friendship, and they were quick to step in to help each other. While I worked in other rooms in the house, I listened to them working as a genuine team, and it was so pleasant to have them in our house. It was a long day for them, finishing after 5pm, but their kindness, professionalism, and careful protection of our home never wavered. They cleaned up the work areas so carefully, no one would even know that a major window tear-out and installation had occurred. At the end of the long day, Judah took the time to explain the functions of our new windows and make sure we had no further questions. He also reassured us that if any problems arose, they would return to make it them right. I am so grateful to the team of Judah, Jimmy, Brett, Trever, and the others who pitched in to help. WestShore Home, I hope you know how fortunate you are to have such skilled people representing you with the public.

Bathtub and surround was replaced. Punctual, professional and very polite. Kept me involved with placement and approval of product used, etc. Hard working and did not stop until job was complete to include cleanup. Great job was done by Cody M and Robert H. We love the new tub area and are very pleased with the service and workmanship provided. Great job, guys!

The crew was very courteous & prompt. For a house built in the late 1870's with no straight or level walls they mastered the project in a timely and accurate manner. Every dime spent on this project was well spent.

It was a great experience. We replaced a sliding glass door with a french door and it turned out beautiful. Ralph Tavarez and Anthony were a great team and the clean up was great. I will recommend West Shore to my friends and family.

Simply a great experience from start to finish. My salesperson was clear, detailed, and transparent. The installers were on time, professional, and finished the project in one day. They cleaned up everything and hauled it out of my house. My shower was installed about a month ahead of schedule. I couldn't be happier with my new shower. I highly recommend West Shore. I'd used them again in a second!

I had a bathroom done by WestShore. At first, I thought this was the usual bait and switch type fly by night company. The sales pitch was good and everything seemed reasonable so I figured I would put them to the test and just keep turning them down. When the first set of numbers didn't work for me they explained how it all worked and came up with something that did work. The sales person got back to me the very next day with approval. They then set up a time for the work. It wasn't long before they called me and said they needed me to call back. I thought here comes the hidden costs and bait and switch. BUT NO - They were able to move the date SOONER than I planned. The day of the install the worker showed up ON TIME and completly professional. The work was done quickly and correctly, and when I asked questions (I knew the answer to already) I was answered quickly and honestly. An additional worker came later to help the worker and again, 100% professional. They cleaned up as they went along and did wonderful work. This is the first time I have ever had a job to EXACTLY (even better than they claimed) to spec and done quick and right. I would recommend this company whole heartedly.
