The installers Brett S. and Hunter B. were right on time they got started right away and finished in reasonable amount of time. When they were finished they made sure i was happy with the work and explained how the windows worked. I'm very happy with the work they performed.

Work was good but left a mess in the driveway which filtered into my French drain with the rain until I realized it and cleaned it, rutted my yard while leaving, and left the old drain trap and attached pipes laying in my viney ground cover. They did give me a one hundred dollar check to cover the cost of me repairing my yard.

Mike C and Tuncay O did am outstanding job of installing a wakin shower in my home. They did a beautiful job on install and thoroughly cleaned up after they were finished. Overall I am very pleased with the Fi wished product. Great job guys.

We had a new shower installed and Dylan H. and Robert H. did a great job in about half the time we thought it would take. They worked really hard, were focused on the task at hand and had the old shower out and the new one installed in about 3.5 hours. They also cleaned up nicely after themselves.

Bathtub Installation and Replacement
First, they gave an original estimate and setup order, then it took a year and I called back to rebook. They came out and did our shower and tub replacement and 6 months later there were stress cracks in the tub. They came out and checked it, said that they would come out and fix it, set up an appointment then canceled and said they could not match the color of the tub. They then scheduled a third party to fix it. They came as scheduled and fixed it but the original shine finish is not there although they did fix the stress cracking. I do not know about you out there, but it is not worth the hassle and effort.

Our West Shore Home doors were installed yesterday, and they are amazing! This experience has been great from the start, from our sales rep Jim, everyone on the phone, the gentleman who came to confirm measurements, and ESPECIALLY the five-man crew who came in and did such a fine job for the day! We have two double-hung doors with the storm doors, and a sliding glass door, which they completed in just about six hours. Out with the old and in with the new. They cleaned up the areas better than I had to begin with. Thank you so much, Dave, Tony, Hunter, Jacob, and Trevor! FIVE GOLD STARS from us. Quality Product. Quality People. Shower Installation and Replacement
Andrew F. was very professional and focused on the project. Andrew completed the installation of our new shower in one day. I only wish that the salesman had given us options for the shower head. Not pleased with the shower head at all and for the price of the shower it is a disappointment.
