This was a tub to shower remodel. The salesman, Greg, was very nice and helpful. He wasnâ t pushy at all and didnâ t try to sell us things we didnâ t need or want. The installers (Sam M, Jujuan A, and Bob) were great, friendly, courteous, and hardworking and did a fantastic job! We would definitely recommend this company and will use them again if the need arises!

Brett and Hunter were wonderful! Very polite and efficient! The windows were installed perfectly and they left with the house cleaner than it was before they started!

Installers Robert H and Tyler R arrived promptly at 7:45am, introducing themselves and verifying all of the job supplies ordered. They immediately went to work and were amazing. Very courteous, hard working, efficient and thorough . Answered all of our questions and transformed our older bathroom tub/shower into a beautiful step in shower stall in a very timely manner. We were impressed with all of the work that needed done and they worked diligently to complete the installation in one day. They were a great team. When the project was completed, they cleaned up everything and explained care and maintenance, warranty of the products we chose as well as contact numbers if we had any further questions. Thank you West Shore for a job well done! We highly recommend West Shore Home.

Project was completed in a timely fashion. Installers were clean and thorough.

Our installers Jimmy S. and Sean C. did a wonderful job on our new bathtub and shower. Cleanup was superb and their demeanor was extremely friendly and professional. Would definitely recommend West Shore Home to friends looking to make bathroom renovations!

I am beyond happy with my new bathtub and shower!!! Home repairs are stressful but we were in good hands from the beginning. Devon (sales representative)came out to our home and was so amazing, she knew we were stressed and did everything she could to make this job possible for us. Cody her Manager reached out to us to work up a plan that would fit perfectly in our budget, even called to check in with us while on his vacation. I wish I could give 10 stars to the installation crew Sean C, Jake S, Johnathan H, Jimmy , Tyler and Bob. All of these guys were so friendly and did such an amazing job. Not one spec of dust remained after they left!! Thank you all!!

Mr. Martinez was very efficient, knowledgeable and hardworking. He explained everyting he was doing and made sure that was how we wanted it.

Brett S, Judah W, Hunter B, Shanya B, Van P, and Tommy P worked together to replace all of our windows in one day. They worked as a team and did excellent work and left our house as they found it. The work was excellent and it was a joy to have them in our house. I would highly recommend West Shore and their excellent team for window replacement.

More expensive than I expected

I reached out to complain that the tub surface was slippery. I took a shower and slipped and fell. West shore homes reached out to me immediately and rectified the situation. The manager called me and sent the representative to place a non skid surface on my tub, and we are very pleased with it!

Mike M and JT did a great job on my tub/shower remodel. They were on time and on schedule and left the bathroom clean. Iâ ve had my new shower for about a week and itâ s a major upgrade from the old plastic shower I had before. Would recommend west shore home for shower remodel.
