I was very pleased with the work. He did a beautiful job and he was great at explaining our situation. He was just an all around nice guy, very respectful. They were efficient. The owner of the company did the work. It was about what I would expect.

Good work; however, very expensive. Was to return to perform some minor, additional work, but never returned call after leaving several messages.

From the beginning, the owner, Bruce, came out to talk to my husband and I and made us feel very comfortable with his services and expertise. We hired him to do the job and he came out with his crew and worked straight for a few days on our home. Our home looks incredible. Before I was embarrassed for anyone to look at it and it depressed me every day coming home. Now I have a home that looks like it did when it was originally built -you cannot tell where new mortar was added and most of the paint splashes are gone. They also took care of scraping out mortar that the previous owners tried to patch up that was a different color and they did a great job. I couldn't be happier!

It was difficult connecting with Mr. Weber. I work and am not home much. He was late for the initial appointment and always called late at night, even though I asked him to contact me during the day at work. He explained that the gutters needed replaced and work needed done on the chimney, and that was why the brick was cracked. I ended up paying a lot of money but the end product looked so nice. Unfortunately, a year later, the same crack has reoccurred.

Never having this work done before, I thought he knew what he was talking about and did nice work. He did want to sell me more on his ability to match mortar than explain just what a "dab" entails. His work did not solve the problem (he didn't guarantee that it would) but when I called him back to see about other things he suggested, it took several calls before he returned my call, was not as friendly, and never got back to me about further work. I'm glad now because these dabs are just that----they are weak, the mortar used was like sand, and I now know I spent a fortune!
