 + -1 moreIt went great. We had lots of traffic and an offer on our house within 2 weeks. The offer was low, but Tracy went back to them until they came up to where we needed them to be. And we sold our house. On the buying side, we got all that we asked for (especially the contingency of accepting our offer, but waiting for our house to sell) and what feels like a positive relationship with the sellers. Her advice was always good re: pricing our house and making our offer and many other things. She treated all parties fairly so that everyone came out feeling like it was a good deal. We had lots of questions throughout, esp. regarding our sale since it is the first house we've sold, and she always took the time to answer her phone and talk us through whatever we were wondering/worrying about.
Description of Work: Tracy was our selling agent for our first home and our buying agent for our second. She is also a certified stager, so she told us exactly what to do to make our house look like it came out of a magazine. It looks great. Then she advised us on pricing the house right and got it on the market quickly. She used every possible avenue for getting potential buyers in the door. She also showed us the house we wanted to buy and successfully put in our offer to the seller of that house.
