I am thrilled, I have called them over the past eight years five times, they replaced the disposal, upgraded and installed my outside water, replaced the wax ring on two toilets, they replaced an old diverter on the bath tub faucet, they handled very well plumbing emergencies , on time, quality work, professional, pleasant, well turned out, I just love them.

We had 5 bathroom sink faucets replaced. We pre-purchased the faucets. He showed on time and explained the process and then got to work. He also replaced a mixer filter in a shower that was having issues. Saved us from having to cut hole in wall to expose plumbing & then replacing whole shower system. Would hire again.

The drain line that services my kitchen and laundry room has always been slow-ish and clogged solidly for the second time. We called Terry's and they came out to snake the line. After running 50' of snake through the line there was still no luck. They ran a camera through the line and discovered it was still draining into the old leech field and was never picked up when we converted to public sewage back in 2001. Terry's had to trench across my laundry room floor and into my garage to hook the line up properly. They performed the job professionally with zero collateral damage. The price, as always, was reasonable for the amount of work performed. I recommend Terry's to all my friends and family when a plumber is needed.

Our sewer line was backing up and we made the mistake of calling Gillece Plumbing first. After coming back for the second time that day, they told us we would have to rip up our driveway and part of the road and the bill would be around $20,000. Luckily, we decided to get a second opinion and called Super Terry. He came within the hour, snaked our line and was on his way. He was very professional, an incredible price (only charged us $189), and very understanding of our situation. It is amazing how another plumbing company was going to rip us off for unnecessary work and Terry came same day and was honest about what needed done. We will always call Super Terry first for any of our plumbing needs.

Terry's plumbing was so FAST! I had sewage from my home backing up into my basement, I snaked the drain myself, this made no change. I had no option but to have someone out. I wanted a local company, so I called Terry's. The woman I spoke with was very nice and understood the urgency. She Advise that a crew was finishing up on another job and would be out ASAP. Less then 30 minutes later the crew was out and unloading the truck. The snake machine (if that is what it's called ?) was a large heavy machine, the crew ensured my floors where covered and kept safe from damage. They cleaned out the sewer and helped me understand what I could do to help myself in the future. The price was far and money well spent, I would absolutely hire Terry again!

they never bothered to call me back

The plumber, Chris, was very professional and was able to use a "water ram" to break up the clog. He was done and cleaned up in about 30 minutes. The only reason that I gave a "B" for punctuality was that service was supposed to take place between 8-Noon and Chris did not arrive until after noon due to other jobs that morning taking longer than anticipated. Not bad, all in all, but I can't give an "A" rating.

Never heard from the company.

We called, explained what we needed and we were told someone would get back to us. No one ever did.

It cost $ 70.00 just for the plumber to walk in the door & he charged for time. Every time he opened his mouth the price of replacing a flange went up...he started at $ 375.00 by the time he was finished, his quote was up to $ 600.00. The job is not a $ 600.00 job. I will NEVER use them or call for an estimate.

The plumbers that were sent were very friendly and helpful. Two plumbers were sent, although it was just a one-man job. It looked like one was being trained, so no issue there. They arrived on time and did a great job as far as I can tell. My only issue is the pricing. They were here for about an hour and required a part which costs around $60 and charged $360 for the work (Angie's list coupon saved me $25 off that). To be fair, I was charged exactly as quoted, but based on the pricing I assumed more work would be involved. Since that time I have had five hours of intensive plumbing work done for a separate project from a different plumber and was charged about the same price as this quick easy job. Live and learn. Will not hire again.

They were called 4 times. I was asked each time "How can I make you smile" by their receptionist. I was told three times that Terry would call me back. On the fourth call the receptionist stated the he probably didn't call you back because we don't come to your area". Really? I gave them my address on the first call. No one could have told me that then? Unprofessional. I wasted time chasing them down and am now 4 days behind.

Repair went very well! Mansfield brand toilet parts are notoriously difficult to find in the big box stores, let alone replace. The assigned plumber (Jim?) removed all of the OEM valves, and replaced them with more conventional and easy to replace valves. Everything was leak tested and demonstrated to my satisfaction.

I called Terry’s and there was a plumber at my house in 2 hours. The technician was friendly, professional and both hot and cold water valves were replaced cleanly and correctly. Would recommend and will hire again.

I called Thursday evening to make an appointment. I did not hear back for some time. I decided I could wait until the next day so I notified dispatch. The plumber called me and an appointment was made for a 12-4 window on Friday. I did not hear anything from them at all. I finally called at 3:45 to find out if they were still coming. Apparently there was an emergency call. I understand that those things happen. However, why was I not notified by dispatch earlier (or at all)? Now I have to find another plumber just before 4 on a Friday. I will likely have to pay weekend rates. They did offer to come on Saturday afternoon--but I need to have this fixed. I was very dissatisfied with my experience with this company.

Terry came with his helper Pee Wee, his beautiful dog. He ran the rooter down the sewer vent pipe in the driveway all the way to the main line in the street. Unglogged the line. He ran the camera down and found the problem. A break in the line near the street. He explained what can be done and why. Gave us a decent quote on repairing it. Great professional and loved his partner Pee Wee!

Great work by the plumber from Terry's plumbing. He explained the options and did great work fixing someone else's shoddy work. The kitchen was remodeled several years ago and the installer didn't glue the drain pipe. Had to cut a hole in the back on my cabinet but, make the best of a bad situation. Great company and I would recommend them to anyone. They were timely and professional.

I called at 8:30 a.m. The receptionist could not have been more friendly and helpful. She was able to quote a price for replacement over the phone and assured me that someone would be onsite between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. and that she'd call before the technician arrived. She called by 10:30 a.m. and he arrived at 10:40 a.m. The technician (Joe) was great - friendly, knowledgeable and completely ok with my nosy cat. By 1 p.m., the water heater was up and running. Soon after Joe left, the owner (Terry) stopped by just to make sure everything was okay. Seriously, could not have asked for better or more prompt service.

Good. No unexpected charges. Completed in a timely manner. Explained that there would be a 2 foot mound of dirt that will take 3 mos. to settle in - otherwise there would be a depression where they excavated. Did have a couple of areas of depression in other areas of the yard from the backhoe, but I guess that's to be expected.

They knew what they were doing and took care of the job. The guy who came the first time could not come back the second time but they had someone just as good to do the job!

Terry's plumbing provided an estimate before doing the work. The service provider was pleasant and knowledge. I was satisfied with the work and would use this company again.

It is a lot more roomy now without the sink. I have absolutely no quarrel with the work that they did. The technician that came out was very professional. Stuff is very pricey around here, and there are some plumbers that are notorious. We did not call one of them, so that is how we got to Terry’s Plumbing. I think in terms of the market, it was at the market. There was nothing that he did not do that he should have done. Very nice. It was not a big job. He cleaned it up. A hole was left in the pipe chase. He covered it with a paper bag, stuck in the hole and marked what it was. So, if we ever want to have it covered up, we know what it is and where it is and all that kind of stuff. Because the election was so confrontational, the two of us did not agree, but he was very clear about how he felt. We talked about it. This happened after he did the work, the conversation with him. I would say he was very professional. Absolutely would call him again, and we will probably need some other work but we do not know what yet.

Called Labor Day afternoon for Tuesday morning service. Got a call back first thing Tuesday. Mike arrived promptly around 8:30, set up dropcloths to protect rugs and hauled the machine up to the bathroom closest to the stack. He then removed the toilet, snaked the line down, confirmed good flow, re-seated the toilet with a new seal, hauled the machine back down, cleaned up and was done within 2 hours.

Went very well. Worker called to verify work that was being done, quoted price which was extremely reasonable and we discussed some other issues I am having in the basement. Was very pleased with the service.
