TECHELP2U!

The power jack on my son's laptop became disconnected internally. I was unable to find anyone locally to repair it. From their description, I thought Techelp2u might be able to do so. When I called I was advised that they used to make this repair but they had quit since they were not satisfied with the quality of their own efforts. The person I spoke with suggested doing a Google search and sending the computer out. I was unable to sort through the responses, so I called again and was told that ATIWA in Houston TX would be a good choice. ATIWA did the repair at a reasonable cost, quickly.

Erik did a super job. He fixed all issues I had with the computers, he updated security and programs on computers and got them to communicate and run faster. I even had him work on my home computer, and he got it running faster. Once I had a problem on a Sunday, and I was amazed, that Erik made himself available to take of the trouble. TecHelp2U is a very reliable and knowledgeable company.

The experience was great. Erik is very knowledgeable, professional, and very informative as far as options and pricing. He showed up when he said, returns phone calls and is very affordable. I have already scheduled his company to do some more computer work at my home.
