Terrible. A guy came out. He cut holes in the ductwork, told me he was gonna do all of this, that, the other thing, send me of what was done and what needed to be done and I never got anything from him. I called him twice or emailed him twice. I said, "Hey, what about the email you were gonna send me about what was going on with my air conditioner?" and I never heard back from them. It was inexpensive but the guy... I waited a little while, probably not too long after the purchase. Follow up with what they said they were gonna do. They have to follow up and tell me what they thought needed done or what needed done. They just never got back to me with the the guy said they were gonna do.

Excellent, will use them for other projects. This is the first time buying a deal on Angie's list where I actually received what was advertised. There was no hidden agenda with this deal like there was with every other deal I purchased on Angie's list.

It went good - workers were professional and polite. One shade was accidentally broken, but the company took care of ordering a replacement part and made sure I was ok with the resolution. Accidents will happen - but I appreciated that they took ownership and responsibility for fixing themselves.

The man who installed the ceiling fan was excellent. The man who installed the hall light left padding sticking out of the base. He told me "you can just cut that out yourself". When the company saw my review they immediately contacted me, had a man out ASAP to fix it up. I would rate the workers at 50% but the company at 100%

It turned out that there was a loose negative wire that was causing the problem, which he found within the first 15 minutes. Since the deal was to have an electrician for 2 consecutive hours in the same day, he helped me with other electrical issues within the home. The communication was very good from everyone in the office and the gentleman who came to my home. I truly appreciated that everyone was so kind and considerate. I especially want to make sure that anyone coming into my home does not bring a negative vibe to my home or to me (if I can help it). :) I also appreciate very much the special price that South Hills Electric agreed to with Angie's List. That was actually very smart because that allowed me to use their services and I was so pleased with the service that I told my friends and family that they can trust them if they need to use their services.

Paid for a whole house surge protector via Angie's List deal. Everything went very smoothly: purchase, scheduling, and install. I price compared to DIY and it's only marginally more expensive for the service so it was a no-brainer to have them do it. The installers were prompt, courteous, and FAST (and no shortcuts!). If I needed electrical work in the future, I would definitely give these guys a call in my quote process.

Incredible response and service from South Hills Electric LLC. Our heating stopped fully working the week before our due date, and South Hills Electric was quick to respond and have someone out that same day to fix the problem. Great service! Will definitely contact this company first for future needs.

From my initial contact with South Hills Electric until the electrician left, everything went better than I could have imagined! Their office contacted me immediately and worked with me to schedule a time and date. The electrician was on time and was very professional as well as very personable.

Amazing! This was a true tuneup. In the past a guy shows up with a vacuum and spends 5 minutes and done. First, the tech was awesome. He explained everything he was doing and why. He had a tube camera that he used to check the back of the furnace to make sure the main part of the unit was not cracked and to see if there was any problems that one can not see by just looking at it with a flashlight. He had professional equipment that specified which parts were at there limit and might need replaced soon. It was the most in depth furnace tuneup I ever had and I have had one done every year for the past ten + years. Also, what I found amazing was he did not try to up sale me on a new furnace even though mine is pretty old. I was the one that brought it up. I asked his opinion on the cost of a new furnace. Not only did he give me options but he showed me pictures of the unit he has at his own home. I told him that I have lung issues and am on oxygen most of the time and he recommended installing an ultraviolet light into the ductwork that I have found out kills 99.9% of all germs,mold,allergens etc. I wish I could remember his name to give a shout out to but my memory is not great. The deal that they have on Angie's list is an awesome price and you won't find a better deal and a better company. I will use South Hills Electric in the future for anything that they do and I need. Be prepared to be impressed when you hire them to do this deal on the furnace! Thanks for the incredible deal guys.

The job was done well -- and they hooked the new wire up for me! (Turns out that they have HVAC skills as well as electrical.) They have real-time photo-sharing with team-mates at their office, so when there was a bit of a mystery about how to hook up the thermostat, the "boss" knew exactly what things looked like. And they communicate LOTS about the work. The work exceeded 2 hours. The additional charge was reasonable.

Right on time. For the last 4 years, I've used South Hills Electric for both my air conditioning and furnace needs. Never disappointed. In this case, I had South Hills Electric complete a furnace evaluation before the true winter season set in. Anthony arrived on time and explained his task. Within an hour, he assured me all was well and provided several maintenance tips.

He got the outlets in my kitchen and dining room completed, although one of the switches he replaced now doesn't work. When we called to ask them to fix it, they said it would be an additional charge. Got a quote to finish the rest of our upstairs outlets and switches (30) and they quoted $1,500! Needless to say, I'll be going somewhere cheaper, but overall I was pleased with their quality of work (aside from my now unworkable kitchen light).

South Hills Electric LLC's service went fine, I guess. It was a tune up, they didn't end up doing anything in particular. I would use this provider again in the future.
