The provider wasn't willing to install the opener that late on the afternoon. They quoted me a price at a rate that was way outside what the deal was promoted to be. He suggested that I return my system and get something else so that it was more expensive and that he would be able to work on that one. They service would have been an extra $120.00 outside the promotion. I have found someone else to do the work

Their employee showed up right on time and had the job taken care of in just over an hour for about $130. He looked over the door and tracks to make sure everything was in good shape. There's nothing I can think of that they could have done better, and their charges were substantially less than anyone else in the area. While I'm hoping to not need any garage door services for a long time, Sears will be my first call if I do..

It didn't alleviate the problem I thought it would alleviate. I thought it would quiet my garage door but it didn't.
For what I paid, they were here for about 15 minutes. I don't even know what they did and they were gone. I was having this problem with it being loud and it was the same. We bought two because we have a double car garage. There was absolutely zero change. It was supposed to be a tune-up with Teflon wheels to make it quiet.

The rollers are just one of the most common ones. Other culprits can be the garage door springs or the chain drive garage door openers. However, these are not normally replaced if they are still in good working order due to the high cost. Please call me directly @ (800)925-1664 ext. 107 to discuss this further.
