Sold extra services, but not too pushy. Provided extras. Company made follow up phone call to check my satisfaction.

THEY PUT AN EXTRA EFFORT INTO GETTING ONE EXTREMELY SOILED AREA RUG CLEAN - WENT OVER IT TWICE AND CALLED IN TO THE OFFICE TO GET ADVICE. THEY SAVED ME THE COST OF A NEW RUG, AND DIDN'T CHARGE ME EXTRA FOR THE EXTRA TROUBLE.

DID NOT SHOW UP FOR FIRST APPOINTMENT. ON TIME FOR RESCHEDULED APPT. SEEMED TO DO AN ACCEPTABLE JOB OF CLEANING AIR DUCTS. DIDN'T LIKE THEIR HIGH-PRESSURE SALES PITCH FOR DUCT DISINFECTION. LEFT A FEW DEEP SCRATCHES IN THE HARDWOOD FLOORS IN LIVING ROOM, DIRT ON WALLS FROM HOSES.

THEY DID NOT REMOVE ENOUGH OF THE WATER FROM THE CARPET AND IT WAS SOPPING WET. I HAD THEM COME BACK TO TRY AND GET SOME MORE OF IT UP, IT WAS A LITTLE BIT BETTER.

THE SEARS HARDWOOD FLOOR REFINISHING USES A TRUCK MOUNTED SUCTION SO THERE IS NO DUST ON YOUR FURNISHINGS, WHICH IS WHY I CALLED. BECAUSE THEY ARE NEW, IT TOOK FIVE MONTHS FOR THEM TO CALL BACK. THE WORK WAS VERY GOOD AND THEY HONORED AN EXPIRED COUPON. THEY WERE ON TIME AND COMPLETED THE JOB ON TIME ALSO. BEST OF ALL, I DIDN'T HAVE TO LEAVE THE HOUSE!
