A for salesperson Aaron, he was knowledgeable about the product and made sure I ordered the correct size for the space I had available. He also helped me to get the best discounts available. A for delivery person Chris, he gave a 10 minutes head's up call before arriving, was exactly on time at 7 AM, carried out the old fridge, carried in the new one, so no worries about hard wood floor. He hooked up the water, tested everything and explained how everything works (temp settings, water, ice, filter change etc). 100% recommendation for Sears Ross Park Mall :-)

I purchased a $2600 Samsung refrigerator from Sears( Ross Park Mall) and I also purchased a 5 yr service agreement which was included in the $2600 in 5/13. My ice maker subsequently quit working 7/15. I called Sears to schedule a service appointment to repair my refrigerator. Sears refuses to to conduct the service appointment on any day, but Tuesdays. Unfortunately, as I explained to Sears, Tuesdays are not doable for my family. Sears replied there was nothing they could do because Tuesdays are the only day available in the Pittsburgh area for refrigerator repair. Nowhere in the agreement does it stipulate that repairs can only be done, quite to the contrary Sears says the agreement is "coverage you can count on" and " for service appointments call ###-###=#### at anytime". Buyers beware. Sears doesn't stand by their service agreements as they advertise.

Sears installation of my hot water heater was terrible. The installers left and there was an odor of gas. I called them and they didn't come back. They didn't return calls on Sunday. I had to hire another plumber to fix two gas leaks that were clearly caused by the Sears installers. Basically, the installers left me with a dangerous situation in my house and were unresponsive.

Overall, they are fairly good. It is convenient to get to and the hours are workable with my work schedule. The price is not too average. Payment was upfront with credit card so that was simple and quick. I didn't have to do downpayments.

I didn't have to wait in along line there. They have a very good selection of products and at great prices and if you wait around for their sales, it is even more cheaper. They charge you less than the others do when you let them do your tire change. They would charge you $15 instead of $30. Their staff is also very friendly.

We went around several places to shop and Sears had the best price than everywhere else. Quality of the appliances were good. We had a problem in the dishwasher because of the handle in the dishwasher. It was something that they should have anticipated and they didn't. We had to go through a little turmoil to get it replaced with a different model. We finally did get a result, but it took a few days. We would use their service in the future too.

I spent about $600 for the dishwasher. It was a good price. The salespeople were great. They were very helpful and very friendly. They could not have been nicer. However, the people, who installed the appliance, were not good. I don?t know who they were. I think they were subcontracted. I was not very pleased with the overall experience. The installers asked me to read the manual and put the dishwasher on with the manual inside it. They washed the manual. The man proceeded to take the manual out. When he called the Sear?s customer service, he asked them to send me another manual, which they never did. The people at the store were great, but the installers were horrible and the customer service was definitely lacking. I would use this company to buy my appliances, but I will not use them for installation.

Very pushy sales. The guy helping me was constantly trying to up-sell me to more expensive products and flat out refused to order the tire I was looking for (one of the highest rated in consumer reports). They did get me in quickly, but their prices for tires and labor are too steep.

It was a fine experience. I didn't have to wait, I got in on time. The optometrist was pretty friendly and efficient. He told me what was going on. It was a clean, nice and comfortable office. The staff friendliness judged on the doctor is an "A." There was no problem with the billing and administration.
