Due to my own scheduling conflicts, I had to reschedule job. This proved to be no problem for the company. The same technician who estimated job was able to fit it into his schedule at a later job and all went very smoothly and satisfactorily.

Initially, thought they could tap into an existing circuit but determined this was impractical and not recommended. After calling in to office, determined they could split existing wire circuit and not run new wire, and leave extra circuit breaker in box.

I had a good experience with Sargent Electric overall. The quality of the work was excellent. I had never used Sargent before. They are a large company and when I called initially, I spoke with a "receptionist" who took my information and said someone would get back to me. Someone called the following day. I was not able to return his call that day and so he called back the following day (that's a good sign). When we did finally talk, I was able to make an early morning appointment (7:00 AM). I would have liked to have an appointment in the evening (after work) but they only work until 3:00 PM (I think that's what he said), and a weekend was never offered as a possibility, but anyway...The appointment was scheduled for the following Wednesday. The electrician arrived at 7:00 AM sharp and was ready to go. He knew his stuff and did his job. He answered all of my questions and (at my request) even inspected the work I had done myself. I asked for a quote to possibly upgrade my older 100 amp service panel to a 150 amp panel and he did it right there on the spot (in writing). The price he quoted me was almost identical to another large electric firm I had to the house a few weeks earlier, so I guess that's a good sign too. I was pleased with what I got for my money. The electrician, Tim, was pleasant and professional. Come to think of it, I never asked for an estimate on the work I needed to be done...I didn't even ask them to ballpark it...I do remember asking them about hourly rates though...If pressed to voice one concern, I would say that for very simple things (like my actual "work" of installing the breaker) I don't know if I would wait five days again for an available appointment...I may consider looking for someone who could come a little sooner. I was almost tempted to call someone with "no job too small" in their ad, but I'm glad I went with Sargent.

I called to schedule an appointment for some routine electrical work. After being bounced around to 3 different people, I finally spoke to someone who said they would call me right back to schedule a time for a service person to come to our house. They didn't call me back for 6 DAYS. By that time, I had already hired someone else to do the job.

I called Sargent Electric on a Monday afternoon and we set up an appointment for Tuesday morning. Tim came over and immediately started working on the problem. He found three problems with my wiring and fixed them all. He did a fantastic job. I didn't receive an estimate because there was no idea of how long it would take. It was a little more than I expected, but well worth having electricity back in my bedroom. I would highly recommend this company to anyone for their quick response and professionalism. Great job.

I showed up to my rental after being out of town on other business to a clean installation and my keys right where I asked them to be left. I had zero complaints on time to execute from my tenants and I could not be happier. I will certainly be using Sargent for other rental and house purchases in the very near future. Again not the cheapest, but done so smoothly and flawlessly, they really know their stuff.

Sargent was incredibly fast getting here. He gave me the estimate about 15 minutes after we walked through the house. I was very pleased with the speed of it all. However I choked on the price. I don't know very much about what it takes to wire the outlets and install a new breaker panel for three rooms and a kitchen. Though $6750.00 seems far too high for me to pay. I don't know the quality of their work but I assume it must be impeccable for what they charge.

Adrian arrived exactly when we were told he would. He asked to see the fans we had purchased, then the rooms where the fans were to be installed. He then got his ladder and tools from his truck and began to install the 1st fan in our kitchen. He very professionally assembled the parts, answered our questions about the new energy saving light bulbs, and installed the fan quite easily. He cleaned up all the packing and items after the installation. This was the same for all 3 fans installed. He did the job in 2 1/2 hours. He cheerfully answered our questions and was very pleasant during the installation. He was respectful of our home and our 2 dogs. We would use Sargent Electric again and would recommend this company highly.
