We're really very pleased with their service.

Diagnosed and repaired a brake problem that had stymied the chain muffler/brake shop on multiple visits and did so within a couple of hours. The chain shop had looked at the same issue on four separate occasions, taking my Mazda out of service for better than 24 hours total. This trip had it fixed and me back on the road in several hours, including my drive time.
Repair was done at same prices that the national chain shop charged. Repairs were completed promptly and professionally with no pressure to take on any additional repair tasks.
Rohrich Mazda also provided a shuttle service, including a lunch time pick up which was fantastic.
Will definitely return and recommend this shop.

I go there every month and their price is fair and reasonable. I would say, of the three Mazda dealers in town, they provide the best service. I find that they are a little quicker and a little better at diagnosing things than the other dealerships. I have tried them all and I have settled on that one. Everybody there is also courteous.

Copacetic. I was pleasantly surprised that they didn't charge for the fuel line/connection inspection. I've used the service dept on several occasions for minor maintenance, and they've always been ready for me at the appointed time and have always finished work quickly. (I generally wait -- there's wifi in the waiting area.) I've also started using them for yearly inspections, because even though they charge more than some, they haven't nickel-and-dimed me for nonsense and quot;repairsand quot; as other places have. (Rohrich doesn't seem to pull the standard scam of making sure there's always some little thing that requires $35 to fix.) They also send out a lot of coupons if you put yourself on their mailing list, which can compensate for their higher prices if you time your maintenance cunningly.

I spent about $50 for the last service. They do fine and quality work. I bought the car from them. So, I have my car serviced by them all the time and I have had the car for years now. I haven’t had any major service done and it is only the standard maintenance stuff. They are our dealers and we know that their prices are a little bit more expensive than going to a regular shop.

It took about a week to get in. I have been going there for a couple of years and have found them to be very professional and they seem to know what they are doing. I would recommend them to others.
