They are the best.  They came in from morning until dusk to fix the botched job of another roofing company.  They guarantee their roof for 30 years.  We have been through multiple roofers over the years and these guys are the best.

The roof continued to leak. It is a flat roof. I had to contact them numerous times afterwards - there was a 2 yr leak guarantee. Each time they came out and did more. They were all very nice and courteous. The roof has stopped leaking. For as often as they came to make things right, I would use them again

I hired three companies that couldn't get it right. This company did exactly what I wanted, and I was very happy with their work.

Roof looks good. Some leakage issues around dormers but owner is actively taking care of the problem.

There were many trips to the house for measuring for an estimate & then custom fitting the measurements before it was ordered, as well as submitting pictures to my insurance company. Since no one was ever home when the visits were made, someone always left a business card or a phone call to keep me in the loop & notified me by email with estimates & shipping dates etc.
The first time I used the company was for major repairs two years ago.  It took me two summers of interviewing other contractors & doing better business bureau reviews as well before I actually chose them.  They were very professional both times & treated me with utmost courtesy and information, which was certainly not  the case with my other inquiries. 
When it came time for me to deal with my storm damage issue, I was totally comfortable going into it, expecting courteous & professional service from the onset.

I spoke with 'Tim' several times about this job, since rain interfered with the work schedule.  I even received a call from one of the work crew members who explained the rain-delay.  Despite the delays, the work was completed within one week of my acceptance of the estimate and hiring.  Roberts was very understanding of my time-constraint, as I was preparing my house for sale.  On the day the crew was able to do the work, I was not able to be there, but it was no problem.  The work was started and finished in about two hours, and an Invoice was emailed to me. 
This company was willing to take on a relatively small job, on an unusually steep and high roof.  Roberts was very considerate with phone calls to keep me updated on the status of this work.  I appreciate how quickly they were able to attend to my property.

We contacted the company and requested an estimate.  We never saw the representative come and measure the roof  (We were home during the entire period) but somehow they obtained measurements and mailed the estimate within the week of my
initial call.  After reviewing and screening our other estimates, we decided  to finally contract with Roberts.

The young rep was polite when he came to the house.  We discussed our concerns about how his company obtained the info for the estimate.  He investigated their records to learn who came out, and he also got on the roof to remeasure to ensure that all was correct.  I was satisfied with that.  We also inquired about the cost of a new gutter system, and we contracted that with them, also.

Problems:

1.  The workers came and completed the roof and completed the job the same day.  Very professional and polite and neat.
      I was pleased with their work.

2.  Roberts used another subcontractor to haul away the debris.  The subcontractor used a truck that blocked our driveway and 
     our garage for the entire weekend without warning.  We had strong issues about this as no one was able to have the truck    
     removed until the following week (about 3-4 days after the roofing job was done)

3.  There have been several issues that we have experienced with the new gutter system,  We have attempted to get some
      followup but to no avail.

Summary:  The Reps are friendly and talk a "good game", but some of their work and their integrity is questionable.
                     I could not in good faith recommend this company to anyone else.
     

The overall project went extremely well.  The individuals who performed the work were very considerate and professional.  The company contact was very professional and responsive.
