Mr. Rezzetano is wonderful to deal with. He is courteous and pleasant, very prompt, a skilled plumber--everything you could ask for. He is very professional and I would recommend him highly. I took a few of his cards to pass to friends and would definitely use him again. A very good experience!

The bottom line on Frank is that the guy is excellent and trustworthy on every aspect of his work. He cares about his customers and goes over the top to make them happy. I have used Frank several times over the past year for everything from replacing a hose bib outside to replacing toilet assemblies to my most recent job. I don't know of a plumber that you can call outside normal working hours who will talk to you and help diagnose your problem on the phone. Another aspect that puts Frank at the top is his follow up after the job is complete just to confirm that the problem has been fixed. Frank is also cost conscious for his customers and will guide you to the most economical solution for your plumbing problems.

Mr Rezzetano answered the phone himself when I called. He told me that he was on his way to another job and would call me back right afterward, which he did. Then he met me at the house, diagnosed the problem and gave me a price. When I agreed, he fixed the problem right away because he had all the necessary parts on his truck. He also fixed another issue which he found, that would soon have become a problem, at no charge. My problem toilet was fixed within two hours of my initial phone call! In my experience it's been really difficult to get prompt, quality service for a small job and so I am very appreciative.

Frank was extremely responsive when I called. He recommended the type of faucet and we purchased it, saving some money. Then he came the next day and quickly installed it. We needed it done quickly because our house is for sale and is being shown. Frank called a couple days after to check that everything was OK. He is a great plumber and I will definitely call him in the future if I need a plumber.

Frank Rezzetano was extremely professional and knowledgeable about the repairs that needed completed. He was very courteous and made repairs in a timely manner and cleaned all the debris from the repairs. Frank found a leak in my laudry room pipe that was causing my floor to get wet. He fixed the leak and my floor is now dry. He even called that evening to make sure everything was working properly. I will definitely use Frank again for all of my plumbing needs. I highly recommend him for all of your plumbing replacements and repairs.

Great experience with this provider who was successful in getting us out of a fix. We began to perform what should have been a fairly routine DIY project--replacing a tub drain. BTW...This is a 24-year-old Maronda home with the original not-so-great plumbing. We are currently remodeling another bathroom that shares a wall; this wall was down to the studs in this other bathroom and so the drain pipes associated with the tub were visible and accessible. We purchased the tool required to extract the drain assembly but much to our dismay, the threaded metal drain assembly disintegrated leaving the flange firmly cemented to the tub. Enter Frank Rezzetano to save the day. He successfully removed the corroded remnants of the drain assembly. In addition, he also replaced the all pipes running from the overflow down to and including the drain pipe under the tub. We highly recommend this plumber.

Let me first say this in the only plumber I will EVER use. This is the second time I called Frank Rezzetano. I called him in June of this year and liked everything about him. He is professional, punctual, genuine, honest and the quality of his work is superior. He does above and beyond what anyone would. He, again, diagnosed and repaired the problems. I was just hoping he would stop the leak that was serious. In addition to him doing that, he changed the filter I have for the hard water we have in this area and dismantled, cleaned, and replaced the filtration system. He also didn't charge me because he said that was an easy job!!! This is unheard of in this world we live in today. People don't seem to care but he genuinely does. He is a man of integrity. He not only does the best job I could imagine anyone doing but he is the most honest and genuine person I have met in a world where nobody seems to care about the next person. I even talked to him afterward and he wanted to be certain everything was fine. I used to be so afraid when I had a leak because they can be so damaging but now that I know Frank Rezzetano, that is one less problem to worry about. If people don't try this gentleman, then you are missing out on a once in a lifetime individual. I would like people to read what I wrote the first time. I stand by every word! I am not the luckiest person in the world but I felt very lucky finding him. I called him and he returned my call immediately. He was here within 30 minutes even though he hit traffic. He was so nice, very professional, diagnosed the problems, fixed them and was very honest. That seems to be very rare these days and I found him to be a man of integrity. He was very fair in price with what he charged me. In fact, compared to what I paid my previous plumber, he was beyond fair. I loved his work. He fixed everything including the washer that Sears sells but cannot repair. He did not leave a mess and after leaving here, he called to make certain everything was working properly. I am very impressed by him. I am doing laundry now and enjoying such a mundane job to the fullest. I wouldn't hesitate to hire Frank again. He is definitely my new plumber. Frank was excellent about calling me back right away. He asked a lot of questions about the items that needed to be addressed. He even came out on a Saturday to look at the job to make sure he would have all of the necessary equipment/material to do the job on the coming Mon. Frank is super thorough and loves to give advice, with the intent of saving you money and future hassle. I had a great experience with Frank and will use him again. I will also recommend him to my friends and family. Overall, I'm a super picky guy and have no interest in paying someone to do mediocre work on my house. I want the job done perfect and am willing to pay extra for it. Fortunately for me, Frank did a perfect job and charged a very fair rate.

Frank is a WONDERFUL man. I called him Wednesday morning and Thursday morning I had a beautiful new faucet and shutoff valves installed in my bathroom. Frank is ALL POSITIVE ADJECTIVES! He was very professional, helpful, prompt, easy to get in touch with and offered me helpful advice on what kind of faucet to buy. The price he quoted on the phone was the price he charged...no hidden fees etc. Everything was very straightforward and very reasonably price! I would definitely call him again and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND REZZETANO PLUMBING. Frank even texted me later that day to ask how my new faucet was. EXCELLENT SERVICE AND GREAT PRICE.

He saved our kitchen ceiling! We called this evening after coming home to find watering coming through our kitchen ceiling. I had called at least 4-5 other plumbers and we were on a list for one to come later that evening, but he came right away and had the leaky pipe replaced in well under 30 mins. He was pleasant, professional, and charged less than 1/2 of what we had paid several years ago when one of the larger 24-hour plumbers repaired a similar problem -despite it being an after hours call. His work seems very good (no more leak!), he cleaned up everything and I will definitely use him again.

Frank promptly came out, inspected and snaked my sewer. After a half hour he realized that he was hitting something in the pipe that his machine could not break through and he stopped. He recommended me a sewer company and asked me to call him after they came out. He could've charged me with a bill for showing up at my door and working for a half hour, but he didn't. This is my third time calling him and every time the experience has been great. He treats you the way he would want to be treated and takes care of you. I will continue to recommend him to anyone needed a plumber.

I have had two other so "plumbers" that had good ratings on Angie's List come to fix of the hammering noises I heard when using water, especially when running my dishwasher. Both blamed the dishwasher - however the service repairman for the dishwasher said it was within normal operating limits, therefore not the fault of the dishwasher. One also blamed the kitchen faucet and installed new parts on it, the second blamed it on air in the system and bled the air out by running all the taps. I called Frank and he came today, quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it. He checked the valve and determined the tank was not functioning and needed to be replaced. No more hammering noises. I highly recommend Frank and I plan to use him for any future plumbing needs.

I would 100% use Frank in the future

I have been a member of Angie's list for over two years and this is really the first recommendation that I have written. I prefer to read endorsements rather than write them, but in this case I had to get my pen out. Frank Rezzetano is a great plumber, and an even better person. Recently I had him replace two shut off valves located under my kitchen sink. He was prompt, professional, courteous and highly efficient. He had the two valves on and functioning in less than a half-hour. His fee was fair and moderate. Two days later, I noticed that another valve in my house was starting to leak. I called Frank and asked him how much he would charge to do a single valve replacement. Her said not to worry, he would come right over and replace the third valve at no charge. And he did. I tried to give him $20 for his time, but he would not accept it. I have found a plumber for life.

Frank does a great job! When we consulted with him about buying a new faucet. He suggested we order it online to save money, and then he'd install it. That's exactly what we did, and we did save money on the faucet. Frank came within a reasonable time from when I called to say the faucet had arrived. He's our go-to plumber.

Frank did a wonderful job and was very prompt in his response. He made sure the area was clean after he was finished. He was courteous to communicate when he would be arriving because we had received some snow over night. Completed the work in a tight space and in a very efficient amount of time.

Frank answered my call and we discussed what the problem could be besides the leaking T&P value. We scheduled a date a few days out. He let me know when he was on the way and showed up on time. He assessed the issue, picked up the needed parts, and had the issues resolved within about 1.5 hours. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Would recommend to others.

I have finally found my plumber for life. We live in a house built in the 1920s which was connected to public sewage in the past few years. We recently had an issue with water draining poorly from our kitchen. I had contacted the "big guys" who either never called back, told me in a nasty cranky tone "we don't do free estimates, or else we would never get anything done", or said that the job required digging up my concrete basement. Enter Frank. Not only did he tell me that my basement did not need dug up, he snaked the drain and had it cleared in 10 minutes. Upon inspecting the plumbing, he quickly identified the issue and stopped back a few days later to remap our plumbing. The following day, we received a call from Frank to make sure we were satisfied with the work. He told us if we ever have an issue, to give him a call - day or night. It is so refreshing to have met such and honest, hardworking man.

I called Frank on a Friday afternoon about a leaky toilet. He was on his way out of town for the long weekend but was almost willing to turn around and help me out. Given it wasn't an emergency, we agreed on Monday morning for his visit. He was very punctual, professional dressed and equipped with a full service truck. He was able to diagnose and fix the toilet within minutes. Given the age of my toilet, he advised me to keep an eye on it, and should it continue to run (and never fill up), it was time to get a new toilet. The kicker to this was that Frank did not charge me a single cent! I live in a high rent district and so many times I feel like I am paying a higher cost because of where I live. Frank is not like that. I offered to pay a service call fee and he refused given the little amount of time he was there. I would fully recommend Frank and when I have plumbing issues, he is my new go to guy.
