He's just perfect. People like that just don't exist. His service has been unbelievable. He went above and beyond what he was called for.

He came out immediately. He had to do some work to get that off. He had the equipment. He had tools and he had to do it by hand. But everything was put out of his way. You don't want to have him clean the bottles and stuff like that. So, I told my wife, "You have to get everything out of there and let this guy do his thing." He is not cheap. He wasn't here that long. He is a fairly expensive guy. But he works so fast that the price still turns out right. That's the right price. He had to come all the way. He is working all over. He is not close. It takes him 45 minutes to get here.

He is very good. This guy is an A+. He is really good. He very quickly was able to take out the old pipe and put the new pipe in. He put a new valve on the inside of the foundation and shut the water off. He put a new valve on the outside that turns the water off and on. It was raining and everything. It didn't seem to bother him one bit. Once he got to the spot he didn't have too much water hitting him. He couldn't get his truck up the driveway one time. So he had to get his tools down there. He is a big, strong, smart guy, very efficient and everything. He knew what to do. He was very fast. He is not cheap. His rate per hour is high but he gets the job done so fast that you end up not paying that much anyway. I would recommend the guy for sure.

Wonderful service man.  provided us with a quote and came that day to install an new garbage disposal.  If you have any emergency with your sink what so ever please call this guy.

Called on Monday, talked with Frank directly twice, once to describe problem and later that evening to confirm what we currently had and needed and to set up a time.  He called again on Tuesday to set up the Wednesday install and was done by noon on Wednesday.  Prompt, professional, a very easy and non-stressful experience.

Frank was referred to us by a neighbor.  He came one morning and fixed a lack of hot water to a second floor shower - which has been an annoying problem since the day we bought the house.  He was professional and honest.  He was very good about returning text messages too.  I have only good things to say about Frank.

He did a thorough, clean job. He communicated clearly about the scope and cost of the work, and his fees are fair. We are a new customer for him, and he was helpful over the phone, and asked the right questions so I could feel like an assistant as he determined the extent of the problem. He also phoned the day after the work was done, to follow up.
I intend to continue hiring Frank. Hopefully our work in the future will not be
urgent, and I will gladly accommodate scheduling around clients who need

Frank responded to my call right away, scheduled an appointment for the next day. I have called him over the last 2-3 years several times for various problems and always had consistently positive experience. Would hire him again.

I sent a message via Angie's and Frank promptly answered. He met me the next morning at my house to discuss the installation of a cutoff valve for my outside faucet.

I thought I had a 'frost free' faucet since I could not find any valves in my finished basement (we had just recently moved into the house). Frank informed me that I did NOT have a frost free faucet and the there must be a cutoff valve somewhere. It would just be a matter of finding it, which he helped me do by going outside and clanking on the faucet while I listened inside to locate where the pipe was. Sure enough, there was a cutoff valve which couldn't be seen, but accessed by sticking your arm up and inside the wall where the panel box was.

When I told my wife I was meeting a plumber this morning she added to the list that we needed to do something about the low pressure in the shower upstairs. We went upstairs and Frank took off the showerhead which revealed two problems. First, there was an old washer and screen stuck down in the pipe which he removed and the second was the showerhead itself had a little restrictor plate in it which he told me I could remove if I chose to (which I did). What a difference!

Called Mr Rezzetano for an estimate, I left a message and to my shock he returned my call in less than 15 minutes. He quoted me a price and offered to come out on a Saturday at no extra charge. He arrived promptly at my home. He was to install a bathroom faucet to a new vanity. The vanity had a very unusual shelf inside that I knew may present a problem. When Mr. Rezzetano saw this it concerned him also since this was going to require some "carpentry" work. I explained that I needed the vanity not the shelf. He did an excellent job of neatly cutting the shelf to allow him to do the plumbing and barely disturbed the shelf at all. He then installed both faucets and charged exactly what he quoted over the phone. Nothing extra for the unexpected "carpentry" work. He was a pleasure to work with.

Mr. Rezzetano showed up punctually at the specified time, greated me courteously, introduced himself and went right to work. He made the necessary repairs promptly and professionally and cleaned up afterwards.

Frank is very helpful, honest, & generous and I cannot express the amount of gratitude I hold for him. I called Friday night and he was at my house Saturday morning first thing to resolve a leaking toilet.  I've had Frank to my house to help on repairs to plumbing and every time he does the fix at  a fraction of the cost to have anyone else out there. His work is top notch and his service is better than any.  They just don't come like Frank anymore.

Frank is the go to guy for all my plumbing needs. They just don't make them like Frank anymore. He is honest, incredibly efficient and very reasonable on price. The thing that really stands out about Frank is that he'll take the job no matter what the size and you'll get a great result in a very timely fashion. You won't find another plumber on Angie's list that comes close to him.

Mr. Rezzetano told me the pipe wasn't even copper but a cheap substitutute put in by a Sears plumber to cut costs when our old frig was installed. He ran a new copper line and replaced the turn off valve that was also put in by the Sears guy and Mr. Reset and said it was not to code! I am very happy to have found my new plumber for all projects! He even texted me this morning to be sure all was well!

When I got back to Frank about scheduling, we started talking about what was wrong with the faucet. He suggested I call the company and ask if the faucet was under warranty. He also gave my husband several tips to try to fix the faucet ourselves. When we called Moen, the company was able to send us an email with step-by-step instructions for fixing our problem. I cannot thank Frank enough for suggesting we try fixing the faucet on our own. We will definitely use him the next time we do need a plumber.

Called Monday, Frank said he would be in my area around 12:00 on Tuesday, turned out he finished other jobs early and called and asked if he could come over early.  I said he could.  showed up a few minutes later, fixed the sink and everything is working fine and went smoothly.  Frank is  very friendly, knowledgeable and professional.

I called Frank to ask for an estimate, and he showed up within the hour.  I wondered how he would replace the (original) fixtures since there appeared to be no access panel.  It turns out my kitchen cabinets were installed over the access panel and he would have to move a cabinet and my stove to get to it.  Frank gave me a quote and stuck to his estimate.  He obviously knew more about my plumbing than I did, and I learned a lot from the things he pointed out to me.  
He never dawdled but got right to work, and made sure he had everything he needed to do the work.  He was neat and organized and saved the dirtiest job (backyard pipe replacement) for last so as not to drag dirt into the house.  He let me know when he was shutting off the water.  He even looked at my toilet which had started leaking just the day prior.  He could have told me he had to replace the wax seal or try to talk me into buying a new toilet, but he didn't.  He told me the toilet was fine and one of the bolts holding it down had just come loose.  I was very impressed with his honesty, his competence, his ability to quickly and accurately assess the problems and also the fact that he did all the work himself.
I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a good, experienced plumber.

Frank  showed up at my home within 2 hours of calling him and explaining what i needed done. He got here with all the parts and tools needed, so no time was lost. Frank asked me specific questions about the work so that he was sure he would do everything I wanted.  The work was completed in 2 hours and everything was done very professionally. No leaks, no drips, no mess left behind. Frank was respectful of me and my home, and I would certainly invite him back for any future work.  Frank called me the following day to make sure I was pleased  with the job.... I certainly am. 

Frank did an excellent job on this plumbing project.  He was extremely professional, reliable, responsive, and friendly.  Looking forward to working with him again anytime if and when we need additional plumbing services.  It's nice to know that we have an affordable and highly competent plumber nearby!

I called Frank again and he came right out the same day as is his custom. He has always been honest about what needs to be done and more than fair in the price. He has repaired a variety of problems for us from a clogged sink to a leaking toilet. Even when it was a complicated problem like replacing the water heater that was beyond his market niche he gave excellent advice and did not even charge me. He is very polite. does excellent work and cleans up any mess. I unreservedly recommend using Rezzetano Plumbing.

I wanted to try this guy after reading all the rave reviews on Angie's list, but didn't think he would come all the way over to the middle of the next county.     The two plumbers we have used before had problems.     One is honest but refuses to do estimates.   The other did estimates but we were doubtful about their honesty after they suggested a total downstairs bathroom demolition just to get at a floor drain.      So I did a surgical (partial) demolition just to access that drain before I called this plumber.
He was not only happy to come out this far, but gave firm estimates on the work I needed done and, while it may have been a little more than my local honest plumber who do estimates, I at least had the peace of mind about what I would be spending after getting the prescription from the less than honest plumber who will do estimates.
Mr. Rezzetano agreed with my course of action and not only showed up on time, but early . . . and even called me from the road to let me know traffic was a lighter than expected and could he come early.    His charge was exactly per the estimate and I didn't mind paying a little more since I knew what to expect.
Yes, he definitely earns his high ratings on this list.

Great service!
Frank is very responsive.  He communicated by text message to refine his arrival time.  He had the parts that he needed on the his truck, which saved time.  The work was done quickly and well.  The price was reasonable.
