+ -1 moreOVERALL, THEY DO A GOOD JOB, BUT IT IS VERY DEPENDENT ON WHO COMES OUT TO DO THE WORK. JOE IS EXCELLENT, KNOWS HIS STUFF AND WE ALMOST NEVER EXPERIENCE ANY RECURRENCE. OTHERS AREN'T AS THOROUGH AND THE PROBLEM COMES BACK. ALTHOUGH THE PRICES ARE FAIRLY STEEP, IT HAS BEEN WORTH IT THUS FAR. I WISH THEY WERE A BIT MORE ORGANIZED IN COMING OUT AND SCHEDULING WORK HOWEVER.
Description of Work: WE EXPERIENCED MAJOR CARPENTER ANT PROBLEMS IN OUR BUILDING, AND SET UP A YEARLY CONTRACT WITH RENTAKILL TO EXTERMINATE THE UNWANTED GUESTS. THEY COME OUT EVERY MONTH TO SPRAY THE OUTSIDE AND COMMON AREAS INSIDE THE BUILDING, AND EVERY THREE MONTHS (OR AS NEEDED) INSIDE THE CONDO UNITS.
