OVERALL, THEY DO A GOOD JOB, BUT IT IS VERY DEPENDENT ON WHO COMES OUT TO DO THE WORK. JOE IS EXCELLENT, KNOWS HIS STUFF AND WE ALMOST NEVER EXPERIENCE ANY RECURRENCE. OTHERS AREN'T AS THOROUGH AND THE PROBLEM COMES BACK. ALTHOUGH THE PRICES ARE FAIRLY STEEP, IT HAS BEEN WORTH IT THUS FAR. I WISH THEY WERE A BIT MORE ORGANIZED IN COMING OUT AND SCHEDULING WORK HOWEVER.
