I contacted Matt regarding suspicions of mold growth in my house. He was responsive and came out for a free inspection just a few days later. He was able to clarify that my mold situation was minor and gave advice on how to deal with it myself, again all for free! It is clear he was knowledgeable and experienced. He made no attempt to exaggerate my issues or sell me on anything I didn't need, which shows that he is an honest guy.

These 2 characters did get rid of the mold. But the outside repair to prevent further leaks was useless. Had to pay another $500 to get that done right. Then they ran into some extra work and doubled the price on me from $2300 to an extra $2300 to finish... When I complained, these 2 played good cop bad cop with me. Then used Covid on me and never showed up to finish drywall like the Good cop said they would do at cost. I found someone to finish their half-assed job for less than half of what they wanted. But hey, no mold, right? Just bare block in my family room.

Matt did a great job assessing the situation and remediating the mold found in an attic space. The work was scheduled within 10 days of the quote and the team finished the job in one day. Communication was excellent and I was provided a summary report after the work was completed. I am very satisfied and would hire this company again if I should need mold remediation services in the future.

The remediation was done very quickly, within two weeks of the date of the original estimate. Communication was excellent. The work appears to be thorough and the company provided a 3 year guarantee.
