The work went fairly smoothly. His partner removed most of the old doors and worked primarily from the inside of the house. Tom worked mostly on the outdoors parts. The job was done and cleaned up in about 5 hours. We are pleased with the workmanship and the results.

Overall, it went well. They came to the house to give an estimate and help select the doors. The installation team was polite and professional.

Although it took several weeks before the work was performed, I was very satisfied with the end result. Both Tom (who worked with me on the estimate) and the workers who did the installation were very courteous and professional. The only thing that went wrong was that I had requested tempered glass for two of the windows that were installed near a bathtub. When they came to do the installation, the windows that were ordered did not have the tempered glass. However, they stated that they would install the tempered glass later.

Pittsburgh Window and Door performed in a very competent and professional manner.

It was the most reasonably priced of all the companies I checked. They were courteous and they came when they said they were coming. They did a beautiful job. They cleaned up all the debris when they were finished. I would use them again in the future and recommend them to anybody.

They could not have done a better job! They were extremely professional from start to finish. The windows (and door) are beautiful. Although we did not choose Pittsburgh Window & Door because of the price, they gave us the best estimate and price out of four competitors.

THEY HAD TO CHANGE THE APPOINTMENT, BUT THEY MADE UP FOR IT. THEY ALSO INFORMED OF A PROBLEM AS WELL. THEY ALSO FIXED A SCREEN THAT MY DOG BROKE, AND IT HAD NOTHING DO TO WITH THE BAY WINDOW. THEY INSTALLED A DOOR AS WELL.

They were on time, took 1/3rd the time scheduled to do the job. They were very polite and very neat. They did a fabulous job. I would definitely use them again!

PITTSBURGH WINDOW & DOOR CREATED A GOOD QUALITY WINDOW TO FIT IN MY OLD STORM DOOR, WHICH HAS AN UNUSUALLY LARGE WINDOW SIZE. THE SALES REP HAD ME BRING IN THE EXISTING SCREEN TO TAKE MEASUREMENTS SO I WOULD GET THE CORRECT SIZE. WHILE THERE, SHE EXPLAINED THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN CREATING THE WINDOW WITH GLASS VS PLEXIGLASS, GAVE ME TWO FRAME SAMPLES TO TAKE HOME AND TRY OUT (ONE SAMPLE WAS A REGULAR FRAME AND ANOTHER WAS A BIT THICKER WITH AN INSOLATION STRIP), AND ESTIMATES FOR ALL MY OPTIONS. I CALLED THE SALES REP BACK THE NEXT DAY TO PLACE MY ORDER AND RECEIVED THE NEW STORM WINDOW IN ABOUT 3 WEEKS JUST IN TIME FOR THE COLD WEATHER.
