"Mr. [Member Name Removed], We are glad the room turned out fine and apologize for the hiccups along the way. Unfortunately with custom construction even the best laid plans don't always go smoothly. We do take these issues seriously and have addressed them within the organization. It is our understanding that our General Manager, Michael, has been in contact with you throughout the process. We do want you to be happy with your room. If you have any outstanding issues, please reach out to the Pittsburgh office. Thank you. Sincerely, Great Day Improvements"

"First and foremost, the customer and occupant of the home (Member name deleted) is not the owner of the home, which is the first issue. Unfortunately, this information was not uncovered until the construction of the room was nearly complete. (Members name deleted) did not have authorization from the homeowner (her brother) to make modifications of this type to the home but entered into a contract with our company anyway. When the room was complete, the homeowner (her brother) requested that we tear it down, not because it was built incorrectly, as she stated, but because the homeowner did not want it on his home. To further complicate things, the homeowner and the occupant have been, and are still in, the middle of a length legal battle over rights on the home. Our company complied with the homeowner’s request to remove the room because, legally, he currently has the rights to the property. During the removal of the room and repairing of the home, the occupant became upset and attacked the home with an ax or similar tool plus ran our crew off the property. The police were call to mediate the matter and keep our company employees safe. We have been in contact with the homeowner and agreed to make the final necessary repairs to the home to restore it to its original pre-sunroom condition after the legal issues have been resolved between the occupant and the homeowner. To date, this still has not happened. The $2,300 the occupant is demanding back was part of the non-refundable down-payment on the room. Our company has taken a huge loss on this job that the down-payment doesn’t even come close to offsetting. Not only did we remove the room at no charge, but also never charged the occupant or homeowner for the balance of the materials for the room. Plus, we have agreed to make the necessary final aesthetic repairs to the outside of the home, once the legal battle between the occupant and the homeowner, have been resolved. Due to the complexity of this case, we feel we have done everything in our power to make it right."

"Dear (member name removed), We are sorry that you were taken advantage of. However, you have our company confused with some other company. After an extensive search of our customer data base, we have no record of doing work for you. We do not use subcontractors. All of our installers are employees of the company. If you would, please remove your review as it is unfair to us. Thank You in advance Dan Gilbert General Manager, Patio Enclosures, Pittsburgh"

"After the snow storm in February, we removed the damaged roof as soon as possible. Unfortanetly it did take longer than we would have liked do to our backlog of collapsed awnings and other manufacturers roof products. The same was true for the installaion time period for the members new roof. Our typical time period from start to finish for this type of project is 6-8 weeks but was almost double during the spring and early summer of 2010 because of our work backlog."
