These guys are fantastic and I would recommend them to anyone interested in a fence project. Prior to and during their work, there was great communication. Their price for the project was very reasonable and they were willing to make last-minute changes without a cost overrun. They were very efficient in completing the installation even while being hampered by rain. We were very pleased with the end product and will rehire them if the need arises

I'm really pleased with the fence installed by P Sqrd. Phil was quick to respond from the initial measurement and quote stages through to the end of the installation. I especially appreciated that he put together the order and emailed me the cart so that I could easily pay at the store without having to figure out exactly what items I needed. He also made an extra effort to see if he could get better pricing for me, which was very thoughtful. On the day of the installation, there were four guys who took care of everything, and I appreciated that so many people were available as it meant the job took very little time. I am really happy with my fence and would definitely recommend P Sqrd.

Bill of P SQRD responded nicely to my request for quote and was cordial and helpful when coming out to look at the job. We spoke in detail about future steps. He never quoted the job and has failed to respond to my messages asking him if he plans to. I would appreciate honesty rather than wasting my time.

"Homeowner requested I build an 8ft privacy fence on top of a 2ft retaining wall so she could block out the elderly Vietnam veteran living next door. I initially believed I would be able to do so. The city does not allow 8ft fences for this reason. I also am not able to build it where they want because her neighbor has an existing fence. I just didnt feel comfortable building the fence without her neighbors involvement. I was busy and was not able to respond to her in time. When I did, I apologized. I explained my reasoning and even offered to compensate her for her "wasted" time. People please be more kind to your neighbors and the elderly."

The guys at P SQRD did a great job. From the beginning they were very responsive and gave me an estimate quickly. The job was completed on time and with great quality. Phil and his team did an amazing job. We have a very steep hill in our back yard that was overgrown with brush. They were able to clear the brush and exceeded our expectations with the fence installation. Phil was responsive and his crew answered all our questions and were respectful of our time and feedback.

Phil does amazing work! Even with the entire fence being cedar, posts and all, the price was still lower than we expected. Not only is the final product beautiful, but the entire job was done in only five days! Based on our experience, I highly recommend Phil and his crew.

Said he would come over to see job. Didn't show when he said he would. Requested photos by email but didn't get back to me. I expect professional people to just say so if they don't want to do the job instead of jerking people around.

I had two bids for the job and hired Phillip, even though his bid was higher, because I had a feeling he'd do the job well. I have an older house I've lived in for a long time so even small things about it matter to me. Probably the highest form of praise is that you'd hire the person again. I've already asked Phillip for a quote on a small outdoor set of stairs and railing. Phillip cares that you like the work he does and that is a big thing.

The owner, Phil, did an excellent job explaining all the details of the removal and installation of my new fence. His estimate of price and duration was spot-on. He offered a very good price that was almost half the price of other estimates that I received. His workers were very professional, personable, and did a superb job from start to finish. The fence looks amazing. I will be hiring Phil to do other work on my house in the near future.

I would recommend this contractor to anyone who asked. His team showed up at the expected time, and completed the job ahead of schedule. Very thorough in removing debris, and removed extra debris at no charge. Very reasonably priced and professional.

Phil is open to suggestions and ideas that the customer has and executes it beautifully and in a timely manner. We wanted the yard fenced in, but still wanted to see the wooded area and not feel 'boxed' in. We went with Pickets on the two sides for privacy and a California style fence-chain link bordered with wooden planks. In doing so, this opened up the landscape and are able to see in and past the yard. Phil did an awesome job! we have so many compliments from people in the surrounding area and has been in contact further asking if anything additional is needed. his prices a re reasonable, he puts in the work, very honest and will let you know if there is a better option for the longevity on the finished project. I can't speak highly enough of him and really has been a great contact to have with general contracting as well.

Phil showed up on time and was very polite. He did a great job of explaining the process and allowed me make a few changes as he worked. He was very neat and organized as he worked and was a delight to have around. Everything came out exactly as I hoped and I would definitely recommend him to others!
