Description of Work: Replaced our roof and gutters. They were professional, reasonably priced, and polite. They did a great job and cleaned up everything after themselves. They even made friends with my dog by the end of the job. We have more work that needs to be done this coming year and we fully plan on using these guys again. We were very pleased all around.

 + -1 moreVery happy with entire process. Rod (one of the owners) came out and provided pricing and information. He was very timely in arriving and provided his best quote without on-the-spot commitment pressure (as other window suppliers did). High quality product for reasonable price. Very easy to work with. Installation was quick and from order to install was less than a month. Installers were courteous and professional. Mix up with ordering which was admittedly my fault, but Rod took care of at no additional cost. Could not be happier and plan to use them again for a new front door / roof in future years.
Description of Work: Had 11 steel, single pane windows replaced with triple pane, vinyl windows.

 + 1 moreOur experience with New Horizons couldn't have been more positive. We worked with Rodney who gave an estimate of the work and recommended colors and materials. Work began even earlier than estimated. All this work was done in less than a week. The workmen were very cordial and conscientous. The work is absolutely without fault. The house looks wonderful again.
Description of Work: Roof torn off & replaced. Soffits, fascia, gutters, downspouts, and some siding replaced. A handrail installed on outside steps.

 + -1 moreRod at New Horizons was very professional and patient from the beginning. He was not high pressure like other contractors we met with and was very patient with our decisions. We took a month to decide on siding color and doors. He offered great insight into how to preserve the vertical look of our home using vertical vinyl siding. Also, since there were not many homes with this siding in our area, he even provided an address for us to go look at another building with similar siding. We decided to use this company for both the siding and the doors due to their honest nature and customer service. The crew was prompt and professional. We are very happy with the siding and love the doors. We did have an issue with defects in the glass with the first set of doors, but the door company came and switched the glass within the week. Rod recommended the door company for their customer service and was right about them. We would highly recommend New Horizons and look forward to using them again. We replaced all of our windows the year previously with another company and wish we had discovered this company then,
Description of Work: We replaced our painted, t1-11 style wood siding with new vertical vinyl siding and replaced our 70's front doors with new full-glass double front doors. It also included a section of aluminum trim above the garage,

 + -1 moreWe were very pleased their work, they were very punctual when they came out to do the estimate and were in and out within a day on our first floor and we were so pleased with them we rehired them to do the second floor.

 + -1 moreHe came out to view the job scope and sent an estimate within a few days. No problems with the visit or the timeliness of costing out the job. However, unlike the other contractors, he was unconcerned with any potential structural issues related to installing the basement French doors (new construction, not replacement), so I did not consider his bid.
Description of Work: Requested an estimate for replacing 6 windows (some quite large, all custom sizes) in an 80 year old stone veneer house plus replacing a storm door, blocking in another doorway with glass block, and installing (new construction) a set of French doors to exit the basement onto the deck in back of the house.

Description of Work: I HAD NEW HORIZONS REPLACE MY ROOF WHICH HAD TWO LAYERS OF OLD SHINGLES. THEY INSTALLED NEW DIMENSIONAL SHINGLES ON THE MAIN ROOF AND INSTALLED A TYPE OF ROLL ROOFING ON THE FLORIDA ROOM SINCE IT HAD VERY LITTLE PITCH. PLUS THEY INSTALLED NEW GUTTERS.
