In April 2025, the Allegheny County Court awarded me a $27,500+ judgment against Miracle Movers LLC and managing partner Andrew Zeffiro (Case No. AR-25-600) for negligence, breach of contract, and violations of consumer protection laws after they completely destroyed and damaged my personal property and a brand new custom home. The case includes over 150 pages of evidence. Despite the ruling, no payment has been made, and no one from the company has responded?not Zeffiro, not the Pittsburgh office, not corporate. Prior to pursuing legal action, both I and my attorney made multiple documented attempts over several months to resolve the issue directly. Corporate leadership, including Matt Miller (Corporate Claims), was copied on all communications. No one from Miracle Movers responded at any point. The full list of damages and supporting photo/video documentation is part of the public court record under Case AR-25-600.
