They did my neighbor's home first which they had to completely redo, but when they did the service on my home I was satisfied with the work that they did, and how my roof looked.

Brad was our salesman he did a great job commutating with us and answered all of our questions in a timely manner.
The roofing crew showed up on time was very polite and professional could not have asked for a nicer group of guys. They also answered all my questions. When they were wrapping up the job the supervisor made sure everything was cleaned up and neat. Just before they got in their cars the supervisor asked one of the guys to make one last trip around the house to make sure everything was cleaned up.  Would definitely use again!

Once the company actually got here everything was excellent  They were on time, installed everything in one day and cleaned up like they had never been here.Workers were very professional. The gutters look and work beautifully.
My only complaint was the months it took to get an installation date. I purchased a " big deal" in the fall of 20012 for gutter replacement. Evidently so did everyone else. The company's schedule was backed up. I had to wait til spring and needed to call them as I had been lost in the shuffle.Meanwhile my gutters leaked all winter.  As I said once I was on the schedule Meredith company was a delight to work with.
 

Because of weather delays, the project took quite awhile to complete, but that was not a problem.

Their price was very good, and Ty was very professional in many respects.  The work, once completed, was high quality.  However, they didn't finish the job in a timely manner.  They came out and did most of the work on one day, and then several months went by before they came out and straightened the gutter as promised.  To be fair, some of this delay was because of inclement weather, but this was only a minor factor in the delay.  I was very disappointed that this took so long to finish.  Once they finally did come out, they did a nice job fixing the gutter and even did a little extra work to compensate me for the long delay.  If only they had finished the job quickly I would be able to report being very satisfied with them.

I thought they were the best contractor that we have ever had. They were very professional and stuck to their estimate. The workers were very experienced and worked hard every day. They went above and beyond the call of duty. We had some repairs that other companies could not foresee, but they were able to repair them. They worked around my schedule and were there during hurricane Sandy. They stuck to it during the storm, repaired the leaks that came into the room, and covered the roof with tarp. Ty was very concerned about our wellbeing and offered to put us in a hotel. He was great and very nice! Keith and Kenny, the workers, were excellent and we trusted them. They were very friendly and did a great job. They even came out after the work was done to make sure everything was completed correctly. I highly recommend their services to others and will use them again.

It was a pleasure to deal with this company!  Everyone from the owner to the sales rep to the crew were pleasant, courteous and efficient. Ty Meredith answered all my calls promptly; I never had trouble reaching him. I wasn't sure about having the roof done at this time of year; thankfully the weather cooperated.  The crew showed up on time and worked hard all day.  They completed the job in about 2 days and really did a terrific job cleaning up! The only snafu was my fault - I didn't realize they needed access to my electrical box in the basement, just in case they blew a fuse; I had to have a neighbor open the house for them while I was at work, which delayed their start on the first day, so they had to come back and finish on a Saturday.
The roof looks fantastic and the new shingles greatly increased the value and comfort of my home.
I would highly recommend this company to family and friends.

He's going to be doing it in the spring, as soon as the weather breaks. He gave us an estimate. He was running late. When he was supposed to show up, he called and said, "I'm going to be about a half an hour late." I just appreciate those things. There's been so many times people stand you up, so if somebody calls to say, "I'm just a little late," we said "Fine," and then we said, "Well, how about if we just run out and pick up something for dinner." And he said, "Sure. I'll come a little bit later. No problem." It worked out fine. He came, he brought the samples. He was delightful to work with.

They gave me a good quote and I probably am going to use them. Their quoted price was about $7,000. I liked the general attitude of the guy who came out and I recommend that people have them come out to see what they have to say.

We didn't end up paying any extra.  It was only one or two shingles that needed to be replaced to fix the leak.  They just kind of went along and fixed all of that shingles.  They showed up and fixed it.  We could hear them walking around and banging on the roof.  They climbed down and left.  They never spoke a word.  It was a really good experience.  After their first appointment, they actually had to cancel the first appointment and come back because they didn't have the rain shingle.  They actually got their work done less than a week before a massive rainstorm and before the hurricanes came through.  We are Pittsburgh, so we didn't really get a whole lot of it but we got days and days of rain and it never leaked, so they got it whatever it was.  It was a quick job but they just had to reschedule so that they could get the rain shingle covered.  They are a little bit difficult to get in touch with but once everything gets set, they are really easy to work with.

Meredith Home Improvements just completed a 420 square foot all Trex two story deck.  The workmanship, price and service were all outstanding.  Ty Meredith and his crews were great to work with and we are thrilled with the value that we received.

Poorly...no one ever called back!

Meredith Home Improvements was very prompt at responding & quoting my job. They scheduled the work within two weeks. When they discovered more rotted wood under the old siding than expected they cleaned it out & repaired before putting on the new siding and also coordinated with my insulation team to get all work done smoothly. The work teams were basically good and mostly professional...sometimes the young guys got a bit distracted but the team's leader always kept them moving. Once complete, they walked the job with us, noting any minor fixes/loose ends to take care of. The job site was thoroughly cleaned up. A few days after completion we had one concern with the siding and they promptly came & solved the problem. Likewise, months later when a small section of siding near the roof looked loose they were prompt to repair.

We worked with Ty and he was fantastic.  He came out really quickly and gave us an estimate that was reasonable and did the work in a timely manner.  His team was professional and responsive to questions and concerns that we raised.  We would definitely use them again.

Went very well.  We had a delay due to heavy rain the day they were to come out, however I was contacted by the owner ahead of time who asked to reschedule.  Meredith Home Improvement came out and performed the service in question.  The only minor complaint I have is not getting a follow-up call.

I contacted several roofers for an estimate on a small job at my home.  Meredith Home Improvements was the low estimate.  We liked the salesman and decided to give them our business.  In the six weeks since we accepted their bid I attempted to contact them several times regarding a start date.  On December 3 I was finally able to speak to someone and we set a tentative start date of Dec. 13 or 14.  The gentleman assured me that he would call prior to the work beginning.  I received no communication of any kind.  On Dec. 14 I called and left a message cancelling our contract and told them I did not want to have them do the work.  I still have received no phone call from them.
