They addressed work that was needed, keeping us apprised of progress. They cleaned up after their work. We have already discussed future projects with them.

Description of Work: I could only find 3 aeration holes and no seeding. They did the job without making an appointment . Do not hire them.

Description of Work: We have a rental property out of state and needed some work done. Michael did a pre-estimate after visiting the property and observing what work needed to be completed to fulfill the request. The cost was reasonable and really helped us out when we needed a handyman. We were very satisfied with the job. Thank you!

Description of Work: My wife and I removed the wallpaper in our kitchen, and we had McClelland Home Maintenance repair and smooth the underlying drywall, which was uneven and damaged. They were able to schedule us quickly, and after seeing their original estimate, we opted to go ahead and have them do the painting as well. | |The job took two days total, and it looked great. Beyond that, they were prompt and respectful, and cleaned up very nicely when they were done. We got what we wanted, and there was no drama. | |Both Mike and Jenn (who answered the phone and sent the invoice) were very friendly and listened to any concerns I had, and I always left our conversations confident that we were all on the same page. Totally satisfied.

Description of Work: They found the leak in my roof and fixed it. They fixed the ceiling where it had leaked into my bedroom. You wouldn't even know a repair had been made! They took care to avoid tracking in dirt from outside. They kept me apprised of the status of the repairs as they were made. I was so impressed with their professionalism, I have hired them to waterproof my deck!

Description of Work: Waterwas leaking into my bedroom from under the window and damaging my wall. Despite several attempts by other contractors and me spending hundreds of dollars, none had been able to fully fix it. SoI got on Angie’s List once again and found Mike McClelland after having called 4 others who happened to be further up the list. Mike was willing to listen and work with my schedule. He drove some distance to get to my house and agreed to come during daylight to be able to better see and diagnose the problem. He was personable and professional. He found holes and openings around my gable vent that evidently were the source of the leakage. He fixed them and I’m very happy with the results. My only regret is that I wish I had seen and contacted him first. I highly recommend him. Thank you, Mike!

Description of Work: Replaced screens on patio frames. Constructed platform to allow wheelchair to be moved from house to patio area.

Description of Work: Mike came on time and removed the old white damaged downspout on the front corner of our house and put in a new brown one. He had to cut a hole in the new downspout to put in an elbow attaching it to the front porch gutter. It looks very professional, and we are very pleased. He is very neat and cleaned up the mess. I had also asked his opinion on replacing our laundry tubs and he gave an honest reply. I wouldn't hesitate to hire him again.

Description of Work: Michael gave me a written estimate of work in my home which was very reasonable. The work included: 1. Cleaning, mildew/mold removal in basement, and filling in areas of concrete blocks. 2. Exterior caulking, painting, and grout repairs. 3. Bathroom caulking. Michael began the work promptly the next day at the promised time. He was very neat and meticulous in his work. Michael takes time with each project and cleans up thoroughly before beginning another job. Michael was also very good with making sure the cats were behind the gate that I had set up in the home. He is a trustworthy and excellent handyman that I would recommend to all members/friends. Michael will tell you up front at the bid time if he is not able to do something. His personality is also nice and pleasant.

Description of Work: Mike; Installed a new bathroom light and fan and also repaired my bedroom ceiling fan. As always, he was professional and most importantly, clean. I recommend Mike McClelland highly.

Description of Work: Mike replaced my shower lever which required removing part of the shower wall as there is no access to the plumbing because it is an outside wall. He secured tile for my 20 year old bathroom wall which is practically identical to what had to be removed. As always, he was prompt, meticulous and affordable. He did exactly what he said he was going to do!!!
