The kitchen looks beautiful and is high-quality, however, we found this company extremely dishonest and unresponsive. Numerous mistakes and problems occurred, as you would expect with a large project, they took ZERO responsibility, even when clearly their fault. They promised to stick to a time-line and budget. Both went WAY OVER. The project was supposed to take 3 months, took over 6 before kitchen was usable, and almost 1 year for all details to be completed. They made changes to the design without our consultation. They didn't take notes on problems therefore we had to pay extra for electricians and plumbers to come out multiple times, each time not fixing all problems. I have never worked with a company so unprofessional!

THEY WERE VERY IN TUNE WITH WHAT I WANTED AND THEY WERE QUICK TO MAKE ADAPTATIONS AND FIT THEIR SERVICE TO MY NEEDS. THEY DIDN'T TRY TO SELL ME ANYTHING I DIDN'T NEED OR DIDN'T LIKE. THEY HAVE A LOT OF EXPERIENCE AND ARE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE. THE WOMAN I WORKED WITH HAS BEEN DOING THIS FOR 15 YEARS AND SHE IS VERY GOOD AT VISUALIZING THE PROJECT AND MAKING IT HAPPEN. IT WAS GREAT EXPERIENCE AND I WOULD DEFINITELY USE THEM AGAIN.
