I would definitely recommend Jim to anyone. He was very professional and completely saved my carpet. He even went above and beyond by making sure my cable was still working since he had to unplug it and he changed out the divider between my kitchen floor and carpet to something better. The carpet was borderline hazardous and Jim flattened it out so well that nobody would ever know it needed repaired. Plus he charged me at least $50 less than the other place I called. If you want a good value from someone who knows what they're doing, you need to call Jim.

jim leone was prompt, courteous and even vacuumed the floor under the furniture that he moved. He was clean and neat, i would highly recommend his services. I was extremely pleased.

I called another flooring company about re-stretching my living room and hall carpet. I called them back in the fall and was told I would be "put on a list" but my carpet would be done in a month's time. 4 calls and 2 months later my carpet still was not stretched. I found Leone Flooring on the internet after giving up on the other company. Jim was able to come quickly to stretch my carpet. He took the time to do the job correctly (moved ALL the furniture) and did not rush, I am very happy with the job he did & would highly recommend him to all. I'm glad now the other company did not come!

Jim was great. Very professional. I got a call back shortly after I submitted my request. He was available that very week. He fixed a hole in my carpet, on the lip of a step. It looks amazing; you can't even tell there was a hole there to begin with. He did an incredible job! I'd definitely hire him again for any issues!
