From initial contact to end of job - the service was fantastic. Jeremy responded to my inquiry the same day and scheduled an estimate for the following weekend. I was booked a few months out due to their schedule being full. When the job started - the crew lead first reviewed the work order with me and had me verify the job. It was done in 2 and 1/2 hours including cleanup. I'm very pleased.

Great very responsive and professional

Very well. The crew consisted of Ryan and three helpers.They removed 6 trees and trimmed several others. They arrived on time and dressed for safety including helmets while on site. They brought heavy machinery for chipping branches and grinding stumps. They removed 6 trees and trimmed several others. All this was easily completed in one work day. They were very careful not to damage establish grape vines or two young apple trees which were in the way for the most efficient removal of old trees. They cleaned up the site thoroughly as promised. They were very professional and I would definitely use them again.

We have no complaints about the work that was done on our property. We had a lot of dangerous dead trees to be removed, some quite close to our house and overhead lines but we never worried because the crew was so obviously professional and skilled. They were outfitted with safety gear at all times and had an impressive array of trucks and equipment to do the job. Ryan checked with us each day to be sure that the job was going as we expected. In the end, we are very happy with Kruljac Tree Service. Thank you Jeremy, Ryan and crew, we'll feel a lot safer when the winter winds begin to blow.

First off, the cable did its job, and our property was not damaged. The branch dangled harmlessly over our garage. Second, the job of cutting down the branch (and cable) and cleaning everything up went perfectly. We came home and the work was finished.

We could not be home when they did the job so coming home to a transformed backyard was great. They did a wonderful job in cleaning up , in fact they saved me the chore of doing it myself :). The price was reasonable and they are arborists so I trusted them to keep the trees healthy. Great job.

I would give them the highest marks I can give them. I called them, asked them for a price.  The quoted me a price, came out, took the tree down quickly and ground the stump down.

Extremely efficient, everything went super smoothly. Two highlights: electronic communication, and post-job cleanup. Jeremy was super quick to respond by email throughout when I had questions about anything; the crew showed up exactly when he had quoted them to and made quick work of the tree. After the job was over, they literally left our back lot cleaner than it was when they arrived! The bill arrived electronically that same day, and we were able to pay online with a card (for small convenience fee). Overall, great experience, definitely would recommend!

They are the best people to work with and have work done. Took them only 1 1/2 hours to take the trees down and grind the stumps. The men were very courteous and made sure they did not damage or dirty anything not related to the removal. They cleaned up everything spotless. I could have not asked for a better job. I would hire them again without any reservations.

With great precision, they carefully removed the tree, ground out the stump, cleaned up the yard, and left us some cut wood for our fire pit. These guys are very professional, and I highly recommend them to anyone needing to have trees removed, or simply pruned.

the work is excellent

It went excellent. This was the second time we used Kruljac ' s services and we're once again highly satisfied. We were originally scheduled for July 17, 2017 but they had a cancellation and asked if they could come today. All work was performed as promised. They worked straight through until work was done. Clean up was awesome. Yard looked better when they were done then it did when they started. Could not even tell any work was done. As an extra added comment, they asked my mom if she could move her car from the driveway and park it down the street. She was a little nervous as to where to park it, so one of the workers did it for her. Might seem like a small thing, but it meant a lot as my mom is elderly and was at the time, home by herself. Will highly recommend them and would use them in the future without hesitation!

It took awhile to get on the schedule, but once the dates were set everything went smoothly. The process was painless, and the results were as anticipated: perfect!

Since I had work done in the past by Kruljac, I immediately called them. It was after hours so I left a message. I was pleasantly surprised \ one of the owners called me back a short time later. I expressed my concern and Jeremy offered to come by (after hours!) to assess the tree's condition. He made a special trip over that evening and reassured me that the tree probably got in this shape after a strong wind storm the week before and probably hadn't moved since that time. He added that they would be able to get to it the following day after their scheduled work was completed. The next day, I had meetings all day (8-4) but when I got home, the yard looked exactly as I had left it -- except that the big evergreen was gone! It was as if the tree never existed. The stump had been grounded down and the hole covered with mulch that had been around the tree base. It disappeared!! Having had to clean up after a couple of tree companies in the past, seeing Kruljac's work was impressive. I guess anyone can get into the tree-cutting business if he/she owns a chain saw ---- but with Kruljac, this is their life's work! They know trees and love what they do! They are professional, respectful of property, use all proper safety precautions -- and they do a thorough job. In the past, I've had guys from other tree companies drag big branches through our driveway to the point where there was no gravel left -- it was all pushed to the sides. No one even thought of coming back to rake it. Our yard has been littered with branches, sticks and other debris left by other "tree guys". For the last few years, I've only done business with Kruljac. They aren't cheap: but you get what you pay for. I'd rather have the job that I experienced a few days ago instead of some haphazard job and my yard looking a mess so that I could save a few bucks. Just call them. Once you meet Ryan and Jeremy, you'll hire them! Oh, that's the other thing: Ryan and Jeremy own the company -- they are the ones doing the work! Not just some guy who needs a job and is learning how to cut down trees on the fly. I give them the highest recommendation and wish that every company I interact with had the customer service and work ethic of Kruljac Tree Service

Excellent response time for an estimate. Once I scheduled the appointment to have my tree trimmed, they came when they said they were and did a fabulous job.

Ryan and his crew did a fantastic job. I can't imagine anyone does a better job and at a better price. From consultation to cleanup, Ryan and his crew were the best. Ryan is very knowledgeable about trees, being that he's an arborist. He diagnosed problems with some other trees, and gave me a recommendation for someone who could treat them. The removal of a large maple was very dangerous because it sat beside a wall near our driveway and a busy street, with branches hanging over electrical wires. There were no problems, and they were able to remove the tree in one day. The next day was spent grinding the stump down, cleaning up and trimming the huge white pine. Their clean up was incredible! The areas were cleaner than when they started! The crew did a great job with traffic control also, and took care of all permits. The price we paid was much lower than other quotes we received, even without the 10% Angies discount. My husband and I can't say enough about how impressed we were with the job they did and so we highly recommend Kruljac!

When they got done with the stump they left all the tree shavings in my yard. I don't know if that is normal.  It's the only part that I didn't like. They did do a good job.  They did cut out the tree stump, but left all the tree shavings in the yard.  It took about 1.5 hours. They were young guys that came out, but they were fine.  I just didn't know they were going to leave all the tree shavings.  I should have asked them to take it all away.  It ended up filling about 10 bags and I still have some to take out.

The crew arrived and immediately got to work. They were prepared and knew exactly what we had discussed during our initial estimate. They expertly scaled both trees and were very thorough, going branch by branch. The cleanup was so that you couldn't tell from the ground that they were here. We are very happy with the services they provided and can now safely spend time in our backyard as a family!

We were unable to be at home during the service, but the end result is amazing! It looks like a brand new tree.
