THE OWNER (TONY) CAME, LISTENED TO WHAT WE WANTED DONE AND MADE SUGGESTIONS AS TO WHAT WAS NEEDED. PROMPTLY MAILED US WRITTEN ESTIMATE. WE ORIGINALLY GOT ESTIMATE WHEN ROOMS HAD DROP CEILINGS. WE LATER DECIDED TO TEAR OUT DROP CEILINGS & RESTORE ORIGINAL HIGHER PLASTER CEILINGS. CALLED COMPANY & TONY GAVE US REVISED (UPWARD) ESTIMATE, BASED ON ORIGINAL CEILINGS & ALSO ADDITIONAL OUTLETS & FIXTURES THAT WE DECIDED WE NEEDED. PROMPTLY SENT US NEW WRITTEN ESTIMATE. WORK WAS DONE BY 2 ELECTRICIANS (MIKE & JOE) WORKING TOGETHER, 8:00AM-4:00PM, FOR 9 DAYS. ARRIVED EVERY DAY AT 8:00AM SHARP. WORKED VERY STEADILY. CREDIT TO THEM FOR WORKING AROUND A MOM, 4 KIDS, 1 BARKING DOG, AND 2 CATS (1 OF WHICH INSPECTED EVERYTHING THEY DID, NOSE-TO-NOSE). DID VERY LITTLE DAMAGE TO WALLS & CEILINGS, & PATCHED ALL NOTCHES. VERY SATISFIED WITH THE WORK THEY DID. (WE PICKED THEM DUE TO PRIOR SMALL REPAIR WORK THEY DID FOR US, AND THEY HAD CLEAN RECORD AS MEMBER OF BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU.)
