Awful experience.
Update as of 11/2011. We've been on time for 2 years with our rent. We get a letter in the mail that we owe $83.00 for late rent. We called and left a message that they were incorrect and it came out of our account. Instead of calling us, we got another letter in the mail after that message probably 4 or 5 days later with a sticky note stating that we owe them for a plumbing call that cost them $85.00 and THATS why we got the late notice on rent. First of all, I've never had a landlord charge me for a service call. That's what renting is for. Secondly it's cowardly and deceitful to send a letter stating we're late on rent, when the charge they want reimbursed for is due to a plumbing bill?!!? These people are the most unprofessional, cowardly people I've ever met. Your apt could be on fire and you wouldn't hear a thing from them. DO NOT RENT.
