Great experience overall. Made an appointment that was within days of when I called. Estimate given over the phone was accurate based on my description of job to be completed. Two guys called 30 minutes out, showed up on time and got right to work. I showed them exactly what I wanted gone, they gave me a firm price and did a thorough job in under 2 hours. It was impressive. I would definitely use Junk Crew in the future.

Everything went as expected.removed the sofa bed with no difficulty.

They came in a truck on time, reviewed everything and asked what I wanted hauled away. Began to cut pool apart and put in truck. Area was left clean and done very well. Placed other junk items in truck. Was given phamplet for future hauls which I appreciated.
They were very friendly as well, not grouchy.

They called in advance and arrived on time. They were efficient and collected items from several areas. No debris was left when they were done. They are professional and courteous. Pricing is extremely reasonable. I have used Junk Crew at least 4 times in the past and they have always been exceptional.

I have a deck with lattice panels that were worn out and coming apart. I wanted all of the lattice and supporting woodwork taken down and removed. I was given an estimate over the phone and was able to schedule the job for the next day. The guys called and arrived when they said they wood, did all the work I wanted, cleaned up, and took it all way for the quoted amount. They were very professional and did a great job.
I will highly recommend these guys and will use them again if I have a need!

First, I was very impressed with the owner, Jeff Siegel. When I called to secure information about their services, his responses were clear and concise. Additionally, he asked specific questions which helped us to delineate the type of old materials that had been present in my mother's house. After he patiently waited for us to answer the questions, Mr. Siegel provided a detailed estimate of the removal fees. An appointment was then scheduled for the next week.
The two young men assigned to this project arrived promptly. After examining the junk to be removed, they provided us with the final bill. Surprisingly, Mr. Siegel's initial estimate was very close to the amount of the final bill. The only additional costs we incurred pertained to the removal of old tires. We were not surprised by these fees because Mr. Siegel had discussed this matter during our initial conversation.
Overall, I was very impressed with the friendliness, competence, and expertise of the two workers. After the junk was removed, they swept the yard to ensure that it was neat and dust-free. This was truly a wonderful experience because the job was completed in an exemplary manner and there were no hidden or surprise fees. Kudos to the owner and his workers!

Punctual, next day service. The crew did a nice job cleaning up, and the price was less than it would have cost me to rent a dumpster. I'll definitely be using them again. Especially for small remodel/demo projects, give them a call: figuring $20/hr for 2 man hours of labor loading the truck, they're really a much better deal than renting a small dumpster.

Jeff said he would come out on the 13th or 14th. He came on the 15th and did apologize for not being able to make it out on the 13th and 14th. He gave me an estimate and was very professional. I did have him do the work the following the week. I called him on the 17th and told him had the job. His crew of two men came out the 20th . They were punctual, professional, they cleaned up beautifully, and I couldn't be happier with their work. I would highly recommend them. Their price was very reasonable as well and was lower than the other quotes I had received.

Everything was taken from our garage, which was about 1/4th full in less than 1/2 hour. Very pleasant, courteous employees.
