Turned my a/c on for first time this year and realized it was not working properly.  Knowing I needed to contact someone with a/c  knowledge who I could trust, I went to Angie’s List.  I found that J.R.B. Heating & Cooling had scores of outstanding reviews so I contacted them for a Diagnostic Review of my air conditioner. Jeff came out and went over the system, found the problem, explained the problem, presented me with some options and I chose replacement.  An appointment was scheduled and Jake and Jacob came out and did a fantastic job.  The removal of the old a/c and the installation of the new was time consuming but they worked steadily and in a fastidious manner.  It is understandable why this company has so many rave reviews.  Personable and knowledgeable employees who are prompt in response, and their work and presence give you the confidence you need when hiring a contractor to do such an important piece of work in your home.
