Description of Work: I was told that he would have to move my ac unit at the estimated cost of $300 more. I agreed. When they got there I had the add'l money. It cost another $400 on top of the agreed amount. This is poor business practices. It is a great product.

Description of Work: Checked and cleaned the boiler. Everything went as expected.

Description of Work: the add said 'check up', did not realized thats all was done, looked at the system checked thermostat..thats it!!!!..The system is old and we know that, but in exclellent working condition (AC), I have it maintained and cleaned yearly. When the gentlemen came, he began "looking" at it,(the system) came in,checked the thermostat and asked us to sit down and immediately started talking about a new system. When i asked him 'was the system ok" he said yes and went on talking about a new system, and how much more efficent, cost savings etc.. it would be, I said i could not afford it.due to my expensive meds .then he started with the 'finance plans" availave for new systems, and if i could not afford a new system, i could look at their "repair plan"..and continued.on ..while i am saying...look buddy, i have several heath issues , with expesived meds....he went on sayiing how a new AC or possibly their repair plan (since i could not afford a new one how the repair plan) would work for me..i finally ended saying, I prefer to live ,buying the drugs monthly to keep me alive, and if the system breaks, i will deal with it then.........this is nothing than "to get the foot in the door crap" | |Not sure of the date, but i know it was in the system as the AC was on |

Description of Work: All went well once they contacted me. They did not contact me thru the Angie's List Portal or by phone. I had to contact them to get the process started. But after that I had no problem with them. They showed up when they said they would and answered all of the questions I had. I would use them again.
