Jeff was great to work with. He came up with a solid design that has worked well for us over the past few months since the install was completed in mid-July. He was flexible when we suggested a way to have both outside units located in a convenient alcove on the side of the house instead of having one unit in the backyard as originally planned. He was also flexible when we asked to have the ductwork in the attic located as much as possible in ways that would allow us to finish the attic in the future (e.g. placing the main duct behind a future knee wall and showing us how we could use three bays in the floor for the air handling return etc.). He was also great about keeping the ducts in the basement ceiling always above the existing lines running through the basement so we didn't lose any ceiling height, and in working with us to adjust the proposed locations of registers to match well with our planned layout for the rooms. Jeff also has an excellent team of installers, including the foreman on our job, Jake. Jake and his team were great to work with. They showed up each day when they said they would and Jake was good about communicating with me about what work had been completed that day and what the plan was for the next day. He was also good about letting me know about any issues that came up during the work and working with me to come up with an alternate solution (e.g. thermostat and register placement). His team worked hard and got all of the work done on our aggressive schedule which allowed the painters to paint after the AC upgrade was complete and to have the house ready for us to move in the following week. The install also comes with a 5 year service agreement with JRB which will be helpful in maintaining the system. Jeff has already been responsive after the install when we contacted him about using a higher end air filter that we found.

The service rep was very knowledgeable about the boilers especially since I'm clueless and thought they were furnaces. All I know is I have wonderful heat during the winter months. I just wanted to make sure that all is well. Yep I had my lesson in boilers and furnaces. Shocked to learn the age of my boilers and the newer ones are more efficient. Might as well add that to my wish list. Karen the office manager was very kind and took the time to make me feel comfortable with the new service and informed me of a worthwhile program offered by the company. Definitely will contact them for any future needs.

Everything went well. I purchased an AL coupon on Wednesday evening, received a call on Thursday, and had the appointment scheduled for Monday. We have a leak - which we knew about - somewhere in our air conditioning system (which is 20+ years old), so the technician walked me through several options to consider. The technician was very knowledgeable and put a call in to his office to check on turnaround time for new a/c unit installation for me. I've had interactions with four people at this company over the course of three different visits, and everyone has been professional and knowledgeable.

It was well-handled throughout. They ran into some challenges with placement of the thermostat and need for changing venting system which was accomplished.

I called and talked to Karen and established a reasonable time for the service call. Sadly it started raining in the middle of it BUT they returned the very next day! In less than 30 minutes the tech had discovered and repaired the problem! Neither tech tried to sell us anything extra and gave us some tips to keep our aging system working for another few seasons. Very pleased and very glad to have found this company! Others wanted $100 just to come out! JRB all the way!!!

Tech called ahead, and showed up promptly. He was friendly, professional, and explained clearly what he was doing and why.

It went well. The technician immediately diagnosed the issue as improper wiring, and quickly fixed everything. He tested to make sure that our AC worked and that our furnace did as well.

Air conditioner is working fine. Vey good service. Sorry I'm late with this review. I only saw it now when I signed onto the Angies list website. I thought I received and email. I some computer problems a while back so maybe the email got lost at that time.

There were here, tuned up the AC and were gone. They were fine. The Big Deal was worth it.

Great price! They went above and beyond for us. They came in and installed a brand new furnace in one day. They are absolutely great. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
