They were prompt, thorough, and didn?t try and over sell anything. They mentioned that my filters would need to be changed at the end of this season and offered to do it. They also mentioned that it was a good time to service our air-conditioning unit before the hot weather comes. We will be calling back in the future to have them come out and service our stuff again.

It went quite smoothly. I called them and we made the appointment. A guy from the company came out, spent about half an hour doing the work and left. He did the job very quickly and very intently. I had no problems with him. He ensured that the flame of the furnace was at the right height and that the thermostat was set correctly and all that type of stuff. I did not spend more than the big deal price. He was pleasant and well-dressed. He came in and went out again. He took his shoes off and put some kind of slippers on. He was very polite. It was a good experience overall. My furnace is working so I guess that the quality of his work was okay. There does not seem to be anything wrong and he probably lubricated the fan motor or something like that as well. He was excellent overall. I have no complaints whatsoever. He was also right on time.

They were really good! They actually ended up replacing our unit, which went out a week after we purchased our house. I didn't see the installation myself, but there have been no issues with the work they did. I've already told my neighbor about them!

They performed the tune-ups as requested on my furnace and AC. I have no comment about that work. They also took a look at the heating/cooling wall unit in the attic, and they charged me to troubleshoot the issue. The technician called me that day and told me there was a problem with the fan blower and that he'd look into the needed part and give me a quote to fix it. Since then, I've heard nothing. I've called every day about this issue, and also to try to have them come look at the furnace and AC in my new house. This company literally never answers their phone calls. You always have to leave a message. That's annoying. Normally, I let that stuff slide if the company actually calls back eventually. They haven't. That means they took my money to troubleshoot a problem they either don't know how to fix or are just unwilling to fix. I now have to call another company to troubleshoot the problem and offer a solution. Because of this, JRB also lost the business I was offering them at my new house. I had another company come out to the new place to do a tune-up on my furnace and AC, and install a new water heater. JRB took the time to respond to my review on here, yet JRB not only failed to explain why they never answered my phone calls or called me back, they still haven't even called me back. Priorities need to be checked.

My experience with them was fine. They were very nice. The man was very thorough. In fact, he took longer to clean the furnace and checked everything than other people I had in here. So, I was real pleased with him. He came on whatever date we agreed to and he was on time. He did not charge me any additional cost to the $29 Big Deal. If I am going to refer a friend or family member to him, I would say that he provided excellent service to me. He is a respectful fellow and clean. Even my dog liked him. He did what he said he was going to do. The pricing was great. You could not beat that. I know that was a one-time deal, but twice the price would have been a bargain.

Everything went fine. Nothing really stood out. They just came and did the job and were professional. The work they did turned out fine.

I ordered a furnace inspection and tune-up deal. This was fine, I was contacted promptly and the service was performed. My furnace needed some additional repairs. I was promised a quote via email. This never arrived. When I called again as a reminder they scheduled a time to come back and quote me on the spot. They never arrived on the scheduled day and time and I haven't heard from them since. They seemed friendly and professional enough, perhaps just too busy to keep on top of things.

I didn't watch to see what he was doing. I'm assuming that he did what he was supposed to do. He was very courteous and answered my questions.

Service technician showed up on time, was very professional, and did a great job. This was just a maintenance visit, so it was a pretty straight-forward visit.

The tech that came out was very polite and thoroughly went over all the inspection points with me. Our furnace is old, but they did not try to push any additional services and said everything was still in good working order. Well worth the cost for the peace of mind. If we do need additional services wouldn't hesitate to contact them again.

It went very well. After contacting Jeff a day before the service took place, he called me several times to update me on his expectation of an early morning appointment the next day. He was very courteous and understanding of my work schedule and the need of an early appointment. Late on the first day of contact Jeff called and confirmed that I could be the second appointment. The HVAC technician arrived at about 10:45 after some traffic delays and was able to quickly (because of the nature of the problem and his experience in finding hidden fuses) diagnose the problem and remediate it. He also spent some time visually looking over the furnace and explaining that nothing else could really be done to clean the heating element or the furnace in general because of the heating element and general cleanliness of the unit anyway.

I found them on Angie's List and purchased a great deal on a service call for only $32. I called and spoke with Jeff, told him what was going on with my furnace and made an appt for first this morning. They called when they were on their way, came in and quickly found the problem. They told me what they needed to do and how much it would cost - only $29! The service call is guaranteed for 30 days, too. My furnace is working great. Would definitely call again!

The young man they sent was courteous and professional. We'd definitely use their service again.
