The tech was on time and took the time to explain what he did. He also answered a lot of questions and made suggestions that I can do to get better air flow to my second floor. I very much appreciated the time he took discussing my issues and offering easy things I could do like closing off vents, getting a thinner filter, and leaving the fan!

Tech was punctual and polite. Would certainly use them again.

Everything checked out OK. Unfortunately the next day the capacitor went and I had to spend an additional $170.00 to get it running again. Go figure

Technician came on site promptly and performed work as expected. Was very professional.

He was very nice. He explained what he had done. He was on time. I was happy. He was very honest.

When my air conditioner failed to cool I called them to investigate. They were able to visit the very next day. Coolant was found to be low. They explained my options in detail and I agreed to the the coolant replaced. Unit worked for a few days but again failed to cool adequately. They came back and outlined my options in detail that included replacing the unit. The unit was the original in a 10 year old town home built by a contractor known not to use the highest quality materials. They provided a quote for a regular unit and and high efficiency unit and explained the advantages of each. Sent a contract and scheduled installation within one week. They showed up on time and spent the day doing the installation. Installation staff was courteous and kept me informed as the installation progressed. After complete reviewed how I could save on cooling cost with a review of my cooling registers. Price was fair and they were able to take a credit card.

at that time we decided to wait till we got a new furnace

Jake, the technician, was prompt, tidy, and very pleasant. He checked out the furnace and thermostat and replaced the filter with one that I had bought. This was a very satisfactory purchase.

It went fine - workers were young and seemed to do the work OK.

It went ok. I paid 50 for the special and had to pay another 250 for the Freon. he couldn't tell if there was a leak without charging me more money.

Technician was excellent. Fell behind and arrived late at about 4PM (window was 8-12) but company offered free heating check as compensation. Would definitely use again.

The technician called ahead of time as promised. Showed up on time. Our air conditioner was not working and he was able to determine the problem and fix it with a part he had with him. He also checked the manufacturer of our attic fan to see if they can service or replace it. I'm waiting to hear what he found out about that. I would definitely use JRB again.

The AC system was completely empty when I went to turn on the system at the beginning of the spring. Called JRB to come take a look, and they were fast and reasonable with responses. After checking the system twice they didn't find any major leaks, but obviously something bleed the system dry. They changed the charge valves on the unit, and I'm just hoping that I don't have any more major malfunctions with this system. Jeff really went above and beyond when they came back out to do a follow up leak check. Good service, and I would call again, but hopefully won't have to.

The service man was Jake. He was very, polite, professional and thorough. He spent a significant amount of time checking the a/c system and will handle the maintenance of my heating system in the fall.

Arrived in the time window provided, and was friendly and courteous as always. We always use JRB for our air conditioner/furnace tune ups, and would recommend them to anyone!

Very prompt and extremely friendly and accommodating. Even replaced a rubber casing that was deteriorating at no charge. They are just the nicest men. I have gotten their services for furnaces for both of my daughters also. Would never consider using anyone else

I was charged for a thermocouple. The service was fine and they were prompt.

Technician was professional and prompt. We were called in advance to let us know the technician was coming. Work was done in about 25 minutes. It was difficult to get a hold of someone at first to schedule the appointment. We played a lot of phone tag back and forth. Once we were able to get a hold of someone at the office, everything went smoothly.

Went well, but I don't know anything about furnace so I don't know if they did a good job or not. They said everything was working fine.

It went very good. They showed up on time and they did a good job. I did like the fact that the prices were very good at Angie's List. After buying the Big Deal, it took them quite some time to show up because they were very busy.

purchased deal on 5/8 but by the time i had got around to calling it wasn't till the next week guy i spoke to was very nice set me up with a 9-12 time window for the following week told me tech would call me 30 minutes prior. day of service i didn't have my phone on but tech (JAKE) showed up about 10:15 said he thinks he had the wrong number he tried to call but it was right. showed him where the furnace was explained what had happened and service history for unit. he was here till about 12 i had assumed it was my control board that had gone bad. he took his time and checked everything even made some calls for some other opinions which was nice. its always best to just double check with someone else. he ended up concluding it was the control board that went bad . its an older furnace from 96 so it would take a about two days to order part and gave a very fair priced quote for work. i plan on replacing the board myself but also plan on using JRB for for service on my A/C unit as well as my other furnace in home. and when its time to replace either furnace or a/c unit they will be my first call.

That service turned out just fine. My wife was home when they did the service and it was done quickly.
