My air conditioner died on one of the hottest weeks of summer. In the morning I called JRB and within two hours I had Jesse at my house working to fix things. It wound up being a fairly complicated problem that required several days of work. The woman who answered the phone each time I had to call back was lovely and answered the phone promptly each time. Jesse was patient about each return visit and when he explained to problems and the steps he was taking to mitigate them he didn't overly simplify things or act like I wouldn't understand him (a rarity when it comes to technicians walking to women). In all, I found Jesse to be extremely knowledgeable and professional, and JRB to be a great service provider. A+, would absolutely hire them again, definitely recommend them to everyone.

Sorry this is sooo late but better late than never!! Air conditioner suddenly crapped out on me - always at an inconvenient time. But JRB really pulled through with a great air conditioner at a very reasonable price. They were punctual and gave me very good tips on keeping the air conditioner in good condition. I have a friend who does HVAC work on an industrial basis and he told me that the price was better than he could have given had he done it as a side job. He also said the brand i got was what he has at his own home so it was peace of mind. I will definitely continue to use JRB!

The company installed a complete system on a total remodel project in a prestigious area of Pittsburgh and performed as expected. The house was 110 years old and some adjustments had to be made but you can work with these guys

The appointment slot was from 8-12 but I got a call 30 minutes in advance. The technician, Jesse, was very nice and explained what he was doing. He told me how old my furnace was and to keep on top of maintenance. He didn’t try to sell me anything, just mentioned services that the company offered. We talked about duct cleaning (they don’t offer it) so that helped steer me away from doing it as they don’t think it’s very effective. He showed me rust in my furnace but said it wasn’t that bad and doesn’t need repair. Overall I thought the tuneup went well. I would use them again for furnace and AC work.

Disappointing! The service was "once over lightly", the tech person in and out within 25 minutes or less. I've had Jeff here previously several years ago, the person this time was not Jeff, and Jeff did what I felt was a very thorough and complete maintenance inspection at that time, Jeff spending a good bit more time and explanation being more thorough and complete. Several of the items indicated to be done were either so quickly or hastily done that I was unaware of their being done, but can affirm with certainty that the tech person never checked the thermostat nor made any adjustments to the thermostat in evaluating the performance of the heating system. Could it be because my furnace is less than 3 years old that this service maintenance inspection was so "once over lightly"? Sorry Jeff, Karen, I feel I can do much better with other HVAC services in the future.

They were great, Jeff came to the house and provided three options. He was very professional and he left us with a complete understanding of what we were getting with each option. The installation was flawless! Installers were pros, and did a great job!! Thanks for everything!!

They did a great job. Mike and Jake spent about 90 minutes removing the old media box and installing the new media box. There was a lot of drilling of holes so that the new media box would line up properly with the cold air return duct and with the furnace. The techs were very friendly and professional. This job definitely needed 2 techs. I have an ordinary gas forced air furnace. Upon completion I tested their work by running the furnace; there was no rattling or shaking sounds.
