It was Jeff from JRB. Such a pleasant guy and at the same time very professional. Called to let me know he was on the way and he was right on time. This is my second time with this outfit. The first experience was good and this one was better. I strongly recommend their services. Great price with quality service.

I got estimates from three companies and JRB was the lowest. Jeff did not try to sell me a unit that was larger than what I needed. The other companies did. The team arrived on time and worked the entire day but finished early. Everyone was polite and skilled .Jeff checked the work and explained everything they were doing. I found him to be very knowledgable and pleasant. I would definitely recommend this company. They are excellent!

Everything went smoothly and as planned. He had told me it was a 2-day job and that was exactly how long it took. He was prompt, courteous and was great with my dog as well. I am very happy we could move my AC unit from the back of my house to the side of the house. It makes sitting on the back porch much quieter. Highly recommended.

Prompt and professional. They were willing to schedule both the A/C and heating inspections for one single appointment which I appreciated. I was about to sell my place and the inspector made sure he provided me with detailed notes in case I wanted to pass it on to the buyer.

It went alright. I had to pay an additional because I needed a special kind of filter. I don't think I would renew it.

I think is was any simple inspect, and they also cleaned the inspection. the whole procedure was quick.

I contacted J.R.B. Heating & Cooling to conduct a cleaning and inspection on the boiler at my new house. He scheduled an appointment the following week, gave me a fair price, and showed up exactly when he said he would. Cleaning took roughly 15-20 minutes and he even spent some time educating me about normal boiler operation and the emergency shut-off valves. Being that I have an older home, I was also given an estimate on for an updated thermometer and new piping. Great service from a great company. Highly recommended!

Jeff arrived on time, professional. and fixed my problem. He explained things well. There was some initial confusion about what type of Angie's List Deal I purchased, resulting in an additional fee on the invoice. When I showed Jeff the message on my Angie's List account he apologized and corrected the bill.

They cleaned my furnace, which only took about 15 minutes, but they asked me to sign a checklist confirming that they completed everything on the checklist. I was not standing beside them and even if I was, I wouldn't have been able to tell whether or not they did everything on the checklist. After the service was completed they said they would either email me or call me with an estimate for the furnace and A/C that evening or they would mail the estimate to me. It has now been a week and I have not received the estimate or a response from the company. I do not want to have to hire another Heating & A/C company and have them come out to take a look, and give an estimate, etc, so I hope to hear back from this company with an estimate, I just don't understand why they have not sent me the estimate so we can move forward since we are getting close to the cold weather season.

He was very easy to talk to and took the time to answer my questions. Since I am a first time home buyer, he taught me a lot about A/C system as well the the furnace.

Again, did not do service as I was out of their service area.

We had JRB Heating and Cooling inspect, clean and tune-up our furnace last autumn (2014), before we started it up. It was our first winter in a new (to us) house, with a very old furnace. The person sent over was polite and professional enough, and he said that nothing was wrong with our furnace - it was as efficient as it could be for a 30-year old appliance. To be fair to JRB, we did use the furnace all last winter and nothing bad (besides incredibly high gas bills!) happened. However, this week (August 2015) we had an energy audit performed on our house and the furnace was found to be leaking CO in a few places, up to 400 ppm in one place! This could have happened after JRB inspected, cleaned, and tuned it up, so that doesn't necessarily reflect badly on them. HOWEVER, we just had another furnace guy over today to deal with the CO leaks, and he opened up the furnace and showed us how dirty it was. I highly double JRB actually cleaned it, as the current furnace guy said it looked like around 25 years' worth of accumulation in there. Needless to say, we won't be using JRB again.

Provider arrived at the scheduled time and made sure everything was working OK at the beginning of summer. It was! Update: I don't know why this review went in with the wrong grades.

Best word to describe my experience is "deceipptful"! My A/C didn't work sor I bought a $32 special for service call & diagnostic call. Jeff, a younger guy who said he was part owner, told me I needed a capacitor at $219. Then I needed a fan motor ($300) and a fan blade (under $100). When he was $600, he argogantly told me without any empathy, "and that doesn't mean that's all. It could be more because I don't have it working yet!" At that point, I told him to pack it up and I was going to get a second opinion. I paid for the service call and diagnostic results, now get out! I didn't trust him and my gut was right!! I called Eichelberger & Sons who I used in the past and they fixed that $219 part for $36!!! Best part, i didn't need a fan motor or fan. And the $300 fan motor would have only cost me $125 with Eichelberger! Shame on JRB!! If that's the kind of service the new generation is providing, I want consumers to be aware and stay away!!

The check up went great, but a new AC system needed to be installed. It was only after I contacted them several times to produce an estimate over a significant period of time. Ultimately opted to work with another company.

He arrived on time and performed the work in a timely and professional manner. We will be contracting with them to get regular service on our heating and cooling.

They did all great. The price was reasonable. So far I haven't really used the air conditioner that much but I have used it for the last few days it seems to be working okay.
