Jeff was an excellent repairman. He was professional and showed great knowledge of the job! I would certainly use his services again. He was prompt and explained what he was doing throughout the process. Had to pay additional money other than what was described in the offer.

I purchased the $55 Furnace Inspection Big Deal in Mid-December 2015 and called JRB to schedule. They told me they were unable to schedule my Inspection until at least a month from that date because they had to keep their schedule open to deal with customers who have lost heat (in the middle of the warmest winters on record they need to keep that much time open?)... Instead of scheduling the service, I contacted Angie's List and complained that I couldn't get an appointment within a reasonable amount of time and Angie's List refunded my money promptly. I wasn't even going to write a review about this, by the way, but Angie's List bugs me to death with pop-ups and junk mail about writing a review for this service which I bought and didn't even use, so I'm writing something now just to relieve myself of that annoyance.

Jeff and his team did a great job in replacing my furnace with the new recommended model. He gave very good recommendations. He is also courteous and professional. Explained to me a lot about furnace, how to maintain furnace and so on. I would definitely recommend his service to anyone.

Serviceman showed up late afternoon and said they were extremely busy. He listen to the A/C and said that the system was low on freon, said he could hear it gurgling. He didn't test for leaks, or do anything that would diagnose the problem. No pressure test or dye to determine the problem. Said that it would cost approxmiately $200 to re-charge. I said that if it was leaking, that it would probably just leak out again. He said that it probably would. I asked if there was anything that they could put in to seal the leak? He said for an additional $99 he could put a sealer in the freon, but, there was no gaurentee that it would work. He said it could last a day, it could last a week, or it could last a year. I thought the inspection would include a pressure test to determine if it was a small leak or a larger one. I also thought that he would put a dye in the system to find where the leak was. Instead, he quoted me a price for a new A/C system, If it was a small leak, I would have went with the sealer. If it was a larger leak, I would have liked to know what it would have cost to have it repaired.

They were good. They arrived on time. There was no additional cost.

It went relatively well. We just wanted an annual maintenance check. Everything seemed to be in good order. I was assuming we would at least get a new air filter, but he said it was clean. I have no issues with the service, but I don't really know what was done. The air conditioner has been fine since the day we purchased it, and it did well this past year too. I would definitely consider using JRB again.

Everything went beautifully! They were able to install my new furnace within 2 days of the estimate, and performed the work extremely well. Would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing any heating or cooling work.

The providers were very punctual and very professional, explained what they thought was wrong and what was needed. The cost to repair was quoted at about $589 and they said if it was them they would replace the furnace as it was older and other things would probably need replaced. The initial quote for anew furnace was $3900 which I thought was a little high because the house is very small. When we asked if there was something a little cheaper that would satisfy our needs, they said yes and to call the owner for a quote. We called the owner and he got back to us within a day with a quote of around $2700 if nothing else was needed once they started to work . It was a different brand. We said we would take this brand. It was a Friday and he told us to call the office to speak to the secretary on Monday so the furnace could be ordered and put in 2-3 days afterward. we called on Monday, left a message, and waited for a return call-no call. Called again-no return call. Tuesday we attempted to call and again got no answer. This became very frustrating as we knew another week would probably go by with no heat. What we did as call a local HVAC service whom my mother had used for years. He came over the same day, looked at the furnace, twiddled with something and it started working. He did say we would need to replace the furnace, but said it was safe and may make it throughthis season. When it broke down, he said call him and he would replace it within a ciouple of days at a price of $2300. so that's what we are doing-the furnace is still working. it just goes to show you that bigger named and larger companies don't really care about the little man, and are out to make money in my opinion. Never again!!

Good service. Arrived on time and were very friendly. They conducted the service and inspection quickly and then shared their findings with me. Overall, it was a good experience.

Jeff called to confirm reserved time about 15 minutes before arriving. He was very professional, explained everything he did, and answered my questions about the checkup as well as pricing for added features. He did his work efficiently and even gave me a lead on the small vacuum he uses! A good guy and a good organization.

It turned out that they did no diagnose the right thing so I had a friend of mine fix the problem. It didn't need the part they said it needed. They offered it but it didn't need it. There was some kind of control board that controls the furnace and it didn't need. Other than that somebody else fixed it. They charged me an additional 75 dollars. They came out about maybe a week ago now. They didn't diagnose my problem. Then they wanted to charge me four hundred and some dollars for a part I didn't even need. See I paid 55 dollars and I said does that include cleaning out the furnace?, he said, no. They cleaned out the burner and charged me another 35 dollars for that.

The technician arrived when scheduled and tested the furnace. Also discussed replacing my thermostat which was wearing out. He seemed very knowledgeable.

Was very fast. I did not watch him do the work, but he was done in about 5 to 10 minutes. He said everything looked ok. I don't know if the cover was even taken off. Seems very quick for a full service check.

the young man was so professional and curtious. My furnace never worked this good! he made a few adjustments but it really did the trick...we are so pleased and would recommend JRB hands down!

The inspection went well. Asked the technician about options to heat basement and found him knowledgeable and helpful.

we get this done every year so it is common to us & the second year JRB heating came out to clean the furnace. He is very nice, thorough, and efficient. Will call again next year

The technician Jeff was on time, polite and knowledgeable. He did a thorough job and was clean and neat. He did not try to scare me into a service I did not need. I never used JRB before and I fully expected the tech to try to talk me into new vent pipes, or some other part or parts and service. if not a new furnace. I was surprised when he told me it all checked out. He told me the furnace was at least 22 years old ands he recommended replacing it some day with a high efficient one and he even explained pricing but he was not at all pushy. There was no pressure at all. It was a surprisingly pleasant experience and I will use them again in the future and when I do decide to get a new furnace I will call them.
