Left a message to see about dryer repair. Jim called back the same day, but it turned out we're outside of his service area.

I called at lunchtime, quickly got a call back and made an appointment for the same evening. Jim Wadding arrived when he said he would, diagnosed the problem methodically, showed me the broken heating element and had the replacement in his van - he said he carries most parts so none of this coming and going that some repair persons indulge in. He was friendly without being intrusive and completed the repair in a short amount of time. Jim was very professional, friendly and cheerful and I would definitely recommend him. His bill was very reasonable, too.

Excellent. I called Jim, left a message on a Sunday and he called me back on the same day even though he was closed. We scheduled an appointment after normal work hours to meet my schedule and he arrived precisely on time. His work was professional, quick and he did only the work that needed to be done. He gave good advice on how to use the washer and drier so that they will last even longer - even though that will cut into his future business! Every service tech should be this good.

He fixed the dryer quickly and made some suggestions to correct some potential issues with the venting system. His price was also reasonable. Excellent work!

Jim responded quickly to our request for service. We made arrangements for him to come to our house the following night and he arrived on time. He had our washer fixed within an hour. for a reasonable amount of money. We would definitely hire him again!

We called Jim when the washer stopped running in the middle of a load of clothes. He arrived right on time, 2 hours later, and had it fixed in 30 minutes. Jim has been here before to repair the dryer. He's a great guy and he's our go-to appliance repair professional. We highly recommend him.

He listened well while I explained the details of what was wrong with my dryer over the phone and was able to give a preliminary diagnosis and cost estimate over the phone. He arrived on time and was friendly and professional. He got right to work taking the dryer apart so that he could make a final diagnosis, which matched exactly what he had predicted over the phone. He already had the necessary part on hand, so he was able to make the repair and put the dryer back together in less than one hour. The cost was exactly what he had estimated it would be. And before he left, he gave me very helpful tips for how to use my washer and dryer in ways that would keep them running smoothly for longer. A+.

In addition to quickly locating the problem and fixing it, he gave me lots of tips on extending the life of my washer and dryer, which are already in senior status! I called on Monday afternoon, my call was returned within a couple of hours and the appointment was set for Tuesday. He was on time, professional and very personable. As a side note, I had originally called between the Christmas and New Year's holidays. His voice mail indicated he was out of town until yesterday (Jan. 5th). I had called and left messages for two other A-rated repair services during the same time period, with no call back and no indication they were on vacation. I don't begrudge anyone the right to take time off, but if you are running a business, you should let your customers know that, as Jim did.

It went great, he was early and very professional. He went right to work and had all the parts with him to repair the whirlpool washer. I would definitely recommend Jim to anyone. He was also very reasonable priced. He changed the pump on the washer and was done in less than a half hour.

I chronically overload the machine, and Jim gave me great tips such as making sure the clothes are swishing around once the machine is full of water, avoiding putting in too many items that get heavy when wet, and letting the machine rest before starting another load. Also, I learned to stop washing blankets at home. They need to go to the laundromat. In terms of the dryer, Jim gave tips on cleaning the lint trap after every load and never using dryer sheets. They leave a coating inside the dryer.
