Description of Work: My central a/c was not working properly. I called John at 3:30 pm and he was at my house by 4:00 pm to diagnose and fix the problem. I have used John multiple times in the past and he is always prompt and professional. I will continue to use him for any/all heating and a/c problems in the future.

A true pleasure to work with.
Description of Work: He thoroughly went through every room of our new house and gave us tips on how to efficiently keep it hot/cold throughout the different seasons of the year. He also investigated a heating problem that had baffled the previous home owners. A ball had been sucked into the furnace blower suction pipe. The previous owners had simply bypassed the suction pipe, reducing the furnace efficiency. John cut the pipe and discovered the ball! He also carefully adjusted the furnace output temperature and blower speed for maximum efficiency and adjusted the humidifier flow and water supply to minimize waste.
