I was really satisfied. Not only was he reasonable, I didn't have to haul my computer out. He said the average life of a computer is 5 or 6 years and I'm going on 6 years. He was here three hours and stayed with the computer until he got it fixed. I am planning to get a new computer soon and he is the first one on my list to come and install hardware on it.

Mark was able to get the computer and printer to function together. He could not guarantee that the difficulty would not recur in the future. He performed many checks including a cleanout and virus scan. The work was performed in a professional manner,

When I called his office, the woman that answered was very nice and courteous and asked what area I lived in, and I told her, and she mentioned it was further than the area they usually covered so that would be an additional $35.00 driving charge, and I told her I had no problem with that at all. I gave her a brief description of my laptop problem, and she told me what their hourly rate would be and I agreed to that--very reasonably priced. I was extremely impressed with Mark for his punctuality. He called me at 2:55p, because my apptmt. was for 3p. I directed him to my house from where he was, he came in and immediately set up shop and got right to work. He asked how old my laptop was and I told him it would be 2 yrs. old this December 2010. As soon as he powered it up, he worked his magic, used some of his CDs to assess the problem, and he told me what he believed it to be. There was some type of bug that had messed up my hard disk, and he told me to let the computer run it's course, which would be a few hours, and that my laptop should work like it had before. Mark didn't want to stay for the running of the laptop, because he would have had to charge me more, so he gave me his business card, and told me to call him if the computer didn't work as he knew it should. After about 3 hours, my laptop is running like the day I received it. I was so thrilled to have it working properly. He told me to call him anytime I have any problems and he could get me back in business, and that he did. He is very knowledgeable and courteous, and I WILL be calling him again in the future. I highly recommend Home Computer Help--because Mark knows exactly what he's doing. I couldn't be happier!

My initial attempt to contact the company was for naught and I filed a negative report. Then I saw their response and I called them to dicuss the situation. This and subsequent contact with them leads me to rate them "A" and recommend them. Their attitude is a model for other comapnies.

Mark came twice, and was able to undo my mistakes and figure out how to save my data. He was quick, thought on his feet ( hadn't worked with mozilla before but figured it all out), and explained enough to me that I would not make silly mistakes.

Mark arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the problem with my pc. He explained to me what was needed (a new power supply). Since it required a smaller than normal power supply, he was not able to use one that he carried with him. He took my PC to his shop and checked out the rest of the hardware to be certain that nothing else was damaged by the failing power supply. He found the least expensive power supply that he could and ordered it for me after he called and explained the situation to me. When he received the new power supply, he installed it, called me and scheduled an appt. with me to return my pc. He arrived on time and quickly had me up and running again. I will use Home Computer Help again when I need my pc repaired.

Awesome! The person answering the phone when I made the the appointment correctly diagnosed the problem and made sure Mark brought a new power supply with him during his visit. Mark knew exactly what he was doing and tore the machine down in seconds and plugged in the new components and everything was fixed within an hour.

Mark showed up and started to work on one of the two computers we had organized to be worked on. Then I realized all that Mark was capable of.... So of course I added tons of stuff and continue to find other projects. He is versatile, pleasant and gives you as much information as you want. He did a great job and will be coming back as I know realize all he can do. He is worth the $60 an hour!

The first time around, it didn't get completely fixed. We thought it was fixed and it blew after a couple days. He dug into it a little more to fix it again. He's pretty confident. He's helpful and answers all of my questions.

Mark was very professional and did not make my feel like an idiot when a connection was connected in the wrong place. He then found out the source of the real problem and was very thorough to make sure that was really it and did not leave until all three computers were working correctly.
