I would recommend them to others. They do what they say they are going to do. I don’t have any insects like bees and things like that, so that is good. Their price is fair and their professionalism is very good.

We've used them for years.  We don't have a service agreement with them but we are on a reminder list.  They call us up every season or send us a card every season.  They are just very responsive when they call.  We've had very good results with their services.

They were referred to us by our first contractor.  The first when they came out, they were great.  The second time too they did a good job but didn’t really seem to want to do anything else.  It looked like that is what they came out to do and that’s what they did.  I wanted to get the carpenter bees cleared out before we start any work on the house.  I think they did a good job for what they did.  The first time a guy came out, we had a lot of ants and some wasps as they were tearing down the original house and building a new house.  The guy found a couple of yellow jacket nests in the ground and he treated for that while he was here.  He did a thorough job.  He went around the ground to see what he could find  and what he thought needed to be treated.  The second time the guy just came out and said that he was here to treat for carpenter bees.  So he did that and did a good job of that but wasn’t interested in looking for anything else.  I haven’t compared their prices to anyone else.  We would probably use their services again in the future.

We have used them over the years. They come out strictly if needed. We don't do a regular extermination. They are real responsive. When we called, they were able to come out within a day or two. They are very professional. The people I have dealt with from the company are also pretty informative. They will check other things and advise you on preventive things you can do to help prevent future problems. I found them to be pretty good. I haven't had any problems since they have been here. I haven't used anybody else so I am not really sure, but they are not real costly. I thought they were very reasonable. Their quality is good. They are real good at getting out. They arrive when they say that they are going to arrive.

THE EXTERMINATOR ARRIVED PROMPTLY AND WORKED QUICKLY. HE WAS VERY POLITE AND ANSWERED ALL OF MY QUESTIONS. THE BEETLES WERE COMPLETELY ERADICATED.

I THOUGHT IT WAS GOING TO COST HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS, I WAS HAPPY IT DIDN'T. BEES ARE GONE AND WE PLUGGED UP THE OPENING THEY WERE USING. VERY POLITE, PROMPT, AND REASONABLE. GOT RID OF OUR BEES PRETTY FAST. I WAS IMPRESSED.

VERY POLITE, ON TIME, AND DID A GOOD JOB. TOLD ME ALL ABOUT THE TREATMENT AND THE RETREAT PROGRAM. OFFERED A ONE YEAR RETREAT WHERE MOST OTHERS OFFER ONLY A THREE MONTH RETREAT PLAN.

ROB WALDFOGLE RETURNED MY PHONE CALL PROMPTLY AND ALSO PROMPTLY SCHEDULED A TIME TO COME TO MY HOME AND REMOVE A WOODPECKER AND TREAT THE AREA SO THAT THE WOODPECKER WOULD NOT RETURN. HE WAS POLITE AND COURTEOUS!
